Repair of Hand pump

Job Work for Successful Repairing of All type of Handpump without material.

Minor Repair without unlowering and lowering of assembly pipes (Replacement or Repair of Chain, Handle, Handle Assembly, Water Tank, Bearing, Greasing etc.including welding and lathe work if any.)

Construction of tube well from ground level and up to 100 mtr. depth and above of following sizes in all types of soils in alluvium strata, unconsolidated formation such as pebbles, boulders etc. by bailing method and without gravel packing as per IS:2800 Part 1: 1991 and IS:2800 Part II: 1979 (both amended up to date) and technical specifications. The work includes formation of cavity at bottom by development with appropriate air compressor or bailer pumping and also lowering of casing pipe but excluding cost of the casing pipe. The tube well should have a throughout bore as per nominal dia of casing pipe. The work would be completed after obtaining sand free water. Nominal bore 100 mm dia.

Providing and Lowering of ISI mark Medium well PVC-U casing and screen pipe (CM) as per IS : 12818 : 2010 or amended up to date having pipe thickness as per IS code suitable for bore well with threading , winding with superior quality of plastic mesh & rope in three layers with end cap complete as per technical specification and direction of Engineer In charge. 100 mm nominal dia ( internal dia ).

Construction of 185 cm. dia platform as per approved design & drawing of UNICEF.

Major Repair with unlowering and lowering of 32/ 50 mm GI pipes assembly including minor repair if any. Work also includes transportation of all material from store to work point and depositing unservicable material to store. Work can be done by lowering machine/ chain pulley/ any system.

Repair of handpump when pipe assembly is jammed/fallen in the bore and to be taken out with help of tripod and chain pulley block etc.

Deduct from item no 2.8 if relowering of assembly is not done

Welding of Dry/Abandoned Borewell at site by 12 mm thick Round Sheet MS Sheet

Painting and writing of code on all Type sources (Hand pump/single phase/tubewell/Ow) of various rural /Urban water supply schemes The Code number of Source shall be based on District code/Block(sub District) Code /Village code/Type of source ie(HP/TW/SP/OW)/Source No.The Minimum Size of letters painted for coding shall be preferably 10X20 mm (width 10 mm and Height 20 mm)

Removing abandoned handpump including dismantling of platform, cutting of casing pipe minimum upto 0.3 m depth below ground level , depositing taken out material to store, filling bore with stone or earth and surface dressing.
