Repair/Replacement Of Unserviceable CI/DI/GI Distribution Pipe Lines Including Connected Accessories and Day to Day Maintenance Work For Sewar Fort, KLP and MES IB area under GE Bharatpur

Attending routine day to day maintenance of external water supply including rectification of minor defects by taking down of existing GI tubing 15 to 25 mm dia, cutting/threading and making joints and cleaning for any blockages, opening of float valve of service tanks, cleaning and fixing the same in its position, above ground including replacement of GI unions /elbows/nipples etc as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Repair/rectification of leakages to water supply distribution lines 15 mm dia to 25 mm dia GI tubing with provision of necessary excavation, returning and filling in as required, tightening of loose joints of union, elbow, sockets etc, threading if required including replacement of GI unions/sockets/elbows/nipples etc as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per Srl Item No 02 here in before but for GI tubing 40 mm dia to 80 mm dia. (Note for srl item Nos 1 to 3 : (a) Necessary GI fittings of 15 to 80mm as required at site shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. (b)The cost of excavation / earth work and repairs to damaged roads, existing structure etc shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate

M & L for attending break down of water supply pipe line and repair to CI/DI/GI water mains of size 80 mm to 150 mm dia at a given notice including necessary excavation in mud, in any type of soil by manual or using special T &P etc. De-watering from the trenches by using pump sets, rectification of leakages, fixing of CI specials such as collars bends/tail peaces etc and making joints complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for attending break down of water supply pipe line and repair to CI/DI/GI water mains of size 200 mm to 300 mm dia at a given notice including necessary excavation in mud, in any type of soil by manual or using special T &P etc. De-watering from the trenches by using pump sets, rectification of leakages, fixing of CI specials such as collars bends/tail peaces etc and making joints complete all as specified and as directed. (Note for srl item Nos 4 & 5:-(a) CI fittings, lead Joints etc shall be measured and paid separetely. (b)The cost of excavation / earth work and repairs to damaged roads, existing structure etc shall be deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate (c) The quoted rated is deemed to be inclusive of transportation and other expenses required for the resource deployment at the complaint site around scattered Military station under AOR of GE Bharatpur. (d) Work will be carried out in any area under juridiction of GE Bharatpur.

Cutting existing water supply line for alterations and addition in length and screwing/threading or lengthening the screw on pipe to form connection and refixing etc for the following size complete all as specified and as directed.

(a) 15mm dia

(b) 20mm dia

(c) 25mm/32mm

(d) 40mm/50mm

Replacing MS nuts, bolts , washer & MS flat, machine cut, hexagonal 5cm to 10cm long, dia meter of neck 16 to 20mm or existing size and MS clamps of any size as per site requirement and complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and replacement MS clamp /saddle piece made out of MS flat iron suitable to make ferrule and clamping for branch connections complete with GI socket welded it on one FI strip suitably positioned at the centre of pipe including drilling as per site requirement complete with MS nuts, bolts, washers and rubber packing for complete for following sizes of pipe:

(a) 150 mm bore

(b) 100mm bore.

(c) 80mm bore.

M&L of run lead joint to CI spigot and socketed pipe of bore 80 mm dia complete all as specified and directed

–Ditto-all as per Item No. 09 but of size for 100 mm CI pipe.

–Ditto-all as per Item No. 09 but of size for 150 mm CI pipe.

–Ditto-all as per Item No. 09 but of size for 250 mm CI pipe.

Bends tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc). Tee pieces single branch "Y" junction, double branch, cross (all sockets or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs of CI fittings upto 250 bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation of trenches in any type of soil n.exc 1.5 M wide and n.exc 1.5 M in depth for taking out / laying of pipe lines and getting out forming bottom surfaces to required gradients complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in and including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed

Removing excavated surplus materials to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down G.I. tubing and connection and stacking neatly for reuse and removing the balance material from site of size 15 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

–Ditto-all as per Item No. 17 but of size for 25 mm bore.

–Ditto-all as per Item No. 17 but of size for 40 mm bore.

–Ditto-all as per Item No. 17 but of size for 50 mm bore

–Ditto-all as per Item No. 17 but of size for 80 mm bore.

Refixing only of old GI tubing obtained form Item No. 17 of Sch. -A above and connections in new or old position (walls, trenches, ceiling and floors etc.) of size 20 mm bore all as specified and directed

–Ditto-all as per Item No. 23 but of size for 25 mm bore.

–Ditto-all as per Item No. 23 but of size for 40 mm bore.

–Ditto-all as per Item No. 23 but of size for 50 mm bore.

–Ditto-all as per Item No. 23 but of size for 80 mm bore.

S&F GI tubing medium grade ISI marked including all fittings laid in trenches / fixed on wall of size 15 mm bore all as specified and directed.

–Ditto-all as per Item No. 28 but of size for 20 mm bore.

–Ditto-all as per Item No. 28 but of size for 25 mm bore.

–Ditto-all as per Item No. 28 but of size for 40 mm bore.

–Ditto-all as per Item No. 28 but of size for 50 mm bore.

–Ditto-all as per Item No. 28 but of size for 80 mm bore.

M&L in repairs gun metal gate or globe valves with iron wheel head (ISI Marked), screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed of size 20 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

–Ditto- all as per item No 34 but of size for 25 mm bore.

–Ditto- all as per item No 34 but of size for 40 mm bore.

–Ditto- all as per item No 34 but of size for 50 mm bore.

M&L for carryout of surface dressing not exceeding 15 cms deep in soft / loose soil including removal of brick/stone pieces, herbs, shrubs and vegetation complete all as specified

Taking out the unseviseable CI pipe lines including all fittings with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead and cleaning the pipes internal/external for reuse the following bore of pipes:-

(a) 100 mm bore

(b) 150 mm bore

(c) 250 mm bore

Refixing and laying only cast iron pipe with spigot end socketed any class in available length obtained from item No. 39 tested complete in trenches all as specified and directed for the following bore of pipe:-

(a) 100 mm bore

(b) 150 mm bore

(c) 250 mm bore

Supply, laying in trenches, under floor, under road, connecting, jointing and testing ductile iron pressure pipe K-7 ISI mark centrifugally cast ISI marked with socket and spigot ends confirming to IS-8329/2000 standard length with internal cement motor linging and outside zinc coating (minimum 130 grams per square metere) and bitumen finished layer (minimum thickness 70 microns) with rubber gasket joint (Tyton joints) complete all as specified and directed of the following sizes : Note :- (i) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Rubber gasket joints shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.

(a) 100 mm bore

(b) 150 mm bore

( c) 250 mm bore

M&L in replacement of provision of brick masonry valve pit chamber of 3mm thick MS sheet and angle iron frame of 40x40mm including black bituminous paint and 1200x1200x1000mm size (internal dimensions) including necessary excavation and earth work and frame with cover complete all as specified and directe and as shown on drowing No TD/2004/26.

S&F in replacement of sluice valve 80 mm bore class PN-I with flanged and iron wheel head, shut and open directed cast on it and including jointing materials, rubber gasket suitable size nut bolts and washer etc complete all as specified and directed.

–Ditto- all as per item No 44 but of size for 100 mm bore.

–Ditto- all as per item No 44 but of size for 150 mm bore.

–Ditto- all as per item No 44 but of size for 250 mm bore.

Cutting of existing road/PCC path for laying of pipe line complete all as specified and directed

M&L of PCC 1:2:4 type C-2, 20 mm graded aggregate filling and mass concrete, road finishing, trust/protection blocks for pipe lines/ installation damaged PCC paths concrete all as specified and directed
