SH-I : Dismantling and Transinstallation Work

Dismantling of existing Arrival carousal Conveyor system which includes belts/pallets, drive units for all sections , gravity roller conveyor, rolling shutter, drought curtain, control panel etc. with all accessories including minor civil work such as degrouting of structurers etc. with all out going power and control copper cables, terminations, interconnections, earthing including emergency stop push buttons, indications, annunciations etc. as per attached drawing and site. The job includes shifting of the dismantalled material from existing site and handing over to AAI store as per instruction of Engineer in-charge.

Carefull dismantling of existing entire Departure baggage Conveyor system including all accessories i.e. weighing scale conveyors (12 Nos.), dispatch conveyor(12 Nos.), take away / collector conveyor, inclined/declined conveyor, tracking conveyor, horizontal / inclined transport conveyor, baggage make up pier conveyor, queuing conveyor, merge conveyor etc. inclusive of drive units for all sections, horizontal diverter/pushers and gravity roller conveyor, rolling shutter, drought curtain, control panel etc. with all accessories including minor civil work such as degrouting of structurers etc. with all out going power and control copper cables, terminations, interconnections, earthing including emergency stop push buttons, indications, annunciations etc. as per attached drawing and site. The job includes shifting of the dismantalled material from existing site and to placed/position at new proposed site with due care and as per instruction of Engineer in-charge.

Reinstallation of dismantled conveyor vide Item no. 2 including , assembling, positioning, testing and commissioning of complete Departure baggage Conveyor system including all weight scale conveyors, dispatch conveyor, take away conveyor, gravity roller conveyor etc. with all accessories including minor civil work such as grouting of structures etc. with all out going power and control copper cables, terminations, interconnections, earthing, including emergency stop push buttons, indications, annunciations etc. as per technical specifications for complete departure conveyor system suitable for smooth operation and as per the site requirement and making all damages good to the original finish up to the satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge.

SH-II : SITC Work

DEPARTURE CONVEYOR SYSTEM Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of heavy duty Slider Bed Departure Conveyor of Collector Conveyer/Transport Conveyor/Long Take-away conveyer measured across the center line having frame 1050mm (useful width not less than 1000 mm) and 400 mm height from finished floor level for easy handling of passenger baggage weighing 35 kg. per linear mtr at speed of 21 to 25 mtr/min. complete with PVC belt on bed construction as specified i/c drive unit & end pulleys , take up pulley / side panels with 1.6 mm thick of stainless steel & all other accessories for successful commissioning of the conveyor as per following length, specifications & drawings as approved by Engg.-in-charge.

GRAVITY ROLLER CONVEYOR Design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Gravity Roller structure of 2 mtr. in length measured along the centre line complete in all respects i/c frame section, MS rollers, supports as per specifications / drawings as approved by Engg.-in-charge.

WEIGHABLE CONVEYOR SITC of Weighable Feeder Conveyor complete with dual digital display with minimum 150kg. +/- 0.05 % capacity with suitable PVC belt, pulley fitted with bearings in pillow block, return rollers, slider bed with useful width of 650mm, 1200mm long, side guard of SS sheet made of 1.6mm thick, with suitable capacity drive motor, coupled with gear motor assembly including electrical interconnections, operatable with foot switch etc. as required and as per specification/drawings as approved by Engg.-in-charge.

DESPATCH CONVEYOR SITC of Dispatch Conveyor ( Feeder Conveyor) Complete with suitable PVC belt, pulleys fitted with bearings in pillow blocks , return rollers, slider bed with useful width of 650mm, 1200mm long, side guard of SS sheet made of 1.6mm thick, with suitable capacity drive motor, gear box assembly including all electrical interconnections etc. as required and as per specification / drawings as approved by Engg.-in-charge.

DRAUGHT CURTAIN Supply & Installation of Draught Curtain cover for the opening of conveyer belt, of suitable size fabricated with 3mm thick Nylon Rubber flaps, to be fixed by SS flat strip as per size of shutter opening etc. the opening size shall be as per dimensions /drawings approved by engg.-in-charge, complete as required

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of belt of existing transport/takeaway/collector conveyor slider bed having useful width of 900 mm (minimum) such that it fit within the frame without much side play, made of 2-ply 2.25 ± 0.2 mm (minimum) thick polyester black colour PVC smooth top,flame retardant, Antistatic belt (Both bottom side fabric and upper surface), also belt shall be of robust, flexible and capable of providing continuous service and of low friction & all other accessories for successful commissioning of the sam​e etc. complete as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

ROLLING SHUTTER SITC of electrically operated Rolling Shutter with arrangement for auto and manual operation to suit to the opening in wall fabricated extruded Aluminium provided with suitable rated tubular geared single phase motor directly coupled to the shaft of the shutter, limit switch or sensor interlock with conveyor starter, complete with guide channels, wiring, earthing, painting etc. as required for the successful operation of the shutter for minimum opening size 1.5mtr (L) x 1.35mtr (W). complete as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

SH-III : AICMC Work

AICMC ( 02 Year DLP + 05 Year AICMC)

All inclusive comprehensive maintenance contract (AICMC) of Complete Departure Baggage Handling System installed including all electrical / mechanical Equip, safety control installed under this contract as per special condition of contract, supplementry conditions & particular specifications with all its associated parts, accessories by deploying competent manpower to ensure 100% serviceability of the system throughout the contract period including supply of all required spares, consumable,repair of equipment, attending unlimited breakdown, routine maintenace, as per OEM's recommendations and carryng out yearly caliberation,stamping of weighing sacle, as per special conditions of contract and complete as required as per instruction of Engineer-In-Charge.
