Part 1 CONSTRUCTION OF CYCLE SHED TO GHS IN SERUVAVIDUTHI NORTH PANCHAYAT

Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and requiring the sides of foundation

Supplying and filling in foundations and basement with filling sand in layers not more than 15cm. Thick well ramed, watered and compacted complete

Plain Cement Concrete 1 : 4 :8 ( one part of cement, four parts of sand and eight parts of hard broken stone ) using 40 mm gauge hand broken hard broken granite stone jelly complying with standard specifications in foundations and basement.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks 83/4"41/4"x21/4" including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffits including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90x60cm&10gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25x25x3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10x6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm and supported by casurina props of 10-13cm dia sapced @75cm etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2 for the following items.

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification.

Cement concrete 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls , sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick. and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications.

Finishing the exposed surface of RCC item of work such as slabs, beams, sunshade, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with CM 1:3, 10mm thick including raking the surface

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick.over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing granolethic floor finishISS metal to 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to siteand all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc complete for 10 cum

white washing with two coats including cost and conveyance of all materials and labour charges etc complete

Exterior emulsion two coats using best freshly burnt shell lime in all the floors using best quality & approved variety of colouring pigments including cost of lime, colouring pigment, Fevicol type gum, brushes,scaffolding charges etc., complete
