Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas of any description as required to facilitate demolition, rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls of any description etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rain water pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC tiles (300mm x 300mm x 20 mm) laid on and including 20mm thick cement sand mortar in the ratio of 1:4, set, grouted flush and jointed in neat cement slurry , complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 ( using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) padding as roof mixed with microfilament (crack and control fiber) on neat cement slurry mixed with URP/SBR in cluding WPC as per manufacturer's instruction, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for separately..

20mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surface finished even and smooth using WPC liquid as per manufacturer instruction or 0.200 ltr in 50 Kg of cement, complete all as specified & directed Note : WPC Shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for preparation of surfaces and apply first coat of non toxic Fiber reinforced elastomeric liquid water proofing membrane formulated with PU hybrid polymers and reinforcing acrylic fibers with Sun Reflective Index (SRI) of 100-110, having minimum elongation of 300%, tensile strength of 2.9 Mpa and shall have cracks bridging ability upto 2.5mm and shall resist 10 bars of hydrostatic pressure & reduce surface temperature upto 10 degree Celsius with 33% dilution of priming coat. Laying of fiber mesh of 0.3mm thickness weave in leno pattern having 45 gsm/sqm and pasting it properly with overlap of 50mm and allow it to dry. Apply second of undiluted coat @ 0.50 ltr/sqm. Apply third and final coat undiluted @0.50ltr/sqm complete application to be done by the manufacture or authorised applicator complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cemet plster on fair faces of brick work or concrte surfaces in CM 1:4 in two layers (5mm finishing layer over 10mm base layer) finished even and surface without using extra cemen with WPC over finishing layer complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)
