Dismantling all type of plain cement concrete works, stacking serviceable materials at site and removing rubbish as directed with in a lead of 75 mtr. In ground floor including roof. (A) upto 150 mm thick

Supplying, aligning & Laying of UPVC Pipes & specials Class-III conforming to I.S 4985-2006 (6 Kg/cm2) with solvent cement joint (as per S 14182 - 1994) including supply of fabricated UPVC valves (as per IS 101-1988) with latest revision & amendments if any including earthworks in excavation in any kind of soil including mixed and enormous soil, soil mixed with boulders, road sub grade and its blank an adequate with having a minimum depth to keep the top surface of pipe 1.2 mtr below of the existing ground level including, dewatering and preparing the bottom surface, lowering the pipes & specials (including UPVC adopter etc) valve (valve will be supplied departmentally free of cost) and joining the pipes & specials with chemical solvent cement joint with supply of solvent cement including testing pipes of required sizes & smoothing the cut and to make it suitable for solvent cement joints, including carriage of valves from the deppt. Store to work site, filling of the trenches with excavated earth and removing the surplus earth from the site including washing cleaning & disinfection with required quantity of bleaching powder, inclusive of all labour, tools & plants etc. all complete as per specification & instruction of E.I.C (Rate inclusive of all taxes including loading unloading stacking, carriage and all other charges whit so ever) (A) Pressure Rating: Class-III (I) Laying of pipe line including cost of pipe fittings/specials but excluding cost of valvesa) 90 mm (OD)

Filling the pipe line with water, testing hydraulically as per I.S 3114-1965 (Article-6) in section of a length not exceeding 500 mtr. for head of pressure as per specification including supplying installing and fixing all equipments such as force pump set, block flanges, pressure gauge, valve, pressure pump and all other tools and plants including drilling topping and plugging of necessary holes to pipes, blocking ends providing temporary thrust block and subsequent blocking of holes and other jointing materials and dismantling and removal of the same including disposal of water etc all complete as per specification and direction of EIC The rate inclusive of cost of requisite water to be arranged by the contractor (Recovery rate of water @Rs.10.00/m3, if contractor used water from deppt. source B) For UPVC Pipe a) 90 mm (OD)

Filling in foundation or plinth by silver sand in layers not exceeding 150 mm. As directed and consolidating same by through saturation with water B and ramming complete including cost of supply of sand. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quality of work.)(B) Do. by fine sand

Single brick flat soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with powdered earth or local sand.

Ordinary Cement concrete (Mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any in ground floor as per IS:456-200 (Pakur Variety). (40km)
