Earth work in cutting or in embankment in ordinary soil, excavation to be the from of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 meter in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20 Cm. layers including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.50 meter lift and 30 meter lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be desposited as spoil blanks withen 30m. (100Ft) distance as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well material, spreading in uniform layer with motor grader/tractor mounted appropriate equipment on prepared sruface, mixing by mix in place method with rortavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Technical specification clause 401.Including 1% Labour Cess.

Providing, laying and spreading material on a prepared sub base, cement @4% by weight to the spread material manually, mixing in place with rotavator and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strenght and to form a layer of subbase.Including 1% Labour Cess.

Providing and applying Tack coat with VG-10 Grade using bitumen pressure dristibutor at the rate of 0.35 Kg per Sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503. Including 1% Labour Cess & cost of bitumen.

Providing, laying and rolling open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm aggregate using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base by manual means, including mixing in a suitable mixol, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 Kn Static roller capacity, finised to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat as per Technical Specification Clause 508.Including 1% Labour Cess & cost of bitumen.

Providing and laying of seal coat by manual means with VG- 10 Bulk bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 510.Including 1% Labour Cess & cost of bitumen.

Construction of 350MM Dia Hume Pipe Earth work in excavation In foundation. As per PWD Specifcation and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply of hume pipe with coller (350 mm dia). As per PWD Specifcation and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying and fixing of N.P.-3 hume pipe with coller in 1:2 cement and fine sand mortar. Required for proper complete of work ((Hume pipe (350 mm dia)). As per PWD Specifcation and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling brick work or stone work in lime or cement mortar and including stacking of materials as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge with in a distance of 60 metres (200 ft.)

Construction of un-reinforced, dowel jointed at expansion and construction joint only, plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as per design, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement or any other type as per Clause 1501.2.2 M30 (Grade), coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS:383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity and appropriate weigh batcher using approved mix design, laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork as per drawing), spreading the concrete with shovels, rakes, compacted using needle, screed and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints, applying debonding strips, primer, sealant, dowel bars, near approaches to bridge/culvert and construction joints, admixtures as approved, curing of concrete slabs for 14-days,(Without Dowel Bar) using curing compound (where specified) and water finishing to lines and grade as per drawing and As per MORD Specification. Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:4:8 (1cement:4 fine sand:8graded stone ballast 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete including supply all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per SOR Chapter-5 (4.1.8)

Providing and laying 20 mm gauge approved stone in M25 Concrete by laid over base concrete including supply all materials, curing, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in foundation complete as per drawing and technical specifications.

The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment, patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.(including cost of material T & P labour but excluding GST) for 2nd Year maintenance cost @ 0.75% of Tendered cost of Construction as per circular No.-3689 C-OPRMC/Mool/2023-24 Dt 17.02.2024
