Dismantling of ACSR conductor from poles of any size & capacity and removing unserviceable materials from site(s) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size as approved on HT/LT Poles including straining, binding to insulators with aluminium binding wire with connectors, etc, providing PVC sleeves for jumpers as in OH conductors complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only serviceable ACSR conductor any type and dia as obtained from Serial Item No 14.00 above on HT/LT Poles including straining, binding to insulators with aluminium binding wire with connectors, etc, providing PVC sleeves for jumpers as in OH conductors complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of earth wire of any size /dia or GI conductor, cradle guarding.etc and removing from site(s) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Galvanized steel continuous earth wire 3.15 mm or 4mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections flat, nuts, bolts, washers etc. and removing unserviceable materials from site(s) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed including two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two galvanized iron washers and one galvanized iron nut, 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only serviceable 1100 Volt grade Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown insulator etc. as obtained from Serial Item No 14.00 above complete all as specified & as directed.

S&F in replacement shackle type, porcelain, vitreous, white brown or green insulator of size 75mm high and 90mm dia including galvanized mild steel straps of section 31mm x 3 mm, 12mm dia insulator bolts, nuts, washer etc for working pressure 1100 volts complete all as specified and as directed.

Fixing only serviceable 1100 Volt grade Shackle type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator etc. as obtained from Serial Item No 14.00 above complete all as specified & as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 m wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth for pipe line, etc getting out in soft/ loose soil and levelling of bottom surface to required level complete and as directed.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and spreading of dry (Ganga) sand, free from organic impurities for cushioning as in trenches 8cm depth below cable and 15cm above cable and punned to 10cm depth complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for measurement purpose complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick, sub class 'B' bricks laid dry, flat, length equal to width of brick over sand cushioning in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for reuse of serviceable bricks obtained from item No 25.00 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting / boring to plinth protection / hard standing / road etc in suitable depth to across the GI pipe size upto 80 mm dia of bore for drawn through XLPE under ground cable for giving mechanical protection to cable complete all as directed. Note: Quoted rate shall be included the cost of required material for repairing to disturbed surface complete all as per existing site.

M&L for Earthing complete (in replacement) with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick surrounded with charcoal and salt, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead using GI earth strip in size 32 x6 mm means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical Plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth wire protected by galvanized iron 15 mm dia light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel etc complete all as specified and directed.
