(iii) Rates f steel tubular poles also include provision of finial and cast iron base plate fixed
to poles finials and base plate shall be of cast iron and confirm to the details given in fig 3 and 4 of IS : 2713-Part 1 to 3-1980.
(iv) The rates also include drilling of holes in steel tubular poles for fixing 'D' iron clamps and hooks for continuous wire, G.I earth wire casing coping etc. to the required size and number.
(v) The sections of the pole in outer dia & thickness shall be as: - 165.1 X 4.5mm for 5 meter length from bottom then 139.7 X 4.5mm for next 2m length & 114.3 X 3.65 for remaining length.
(vi) Approx Wt of pole shall be 147 kg.
(vii) Tubes making poles shall be out of steel conforming to minimum grade of YSt 240C (with minimum tensile strength of 410 MPa) | 75 | Each | - | - |

Specification :- Floodlight (integrated type only) with a minimum system lumen of 32500Lm and system wattage of 250W with a nominal efficiency 130Lm/W. CCT of 5700K with SDCM <5 and CRI: 70. The housing made from non-corrosive high-pressure die-cast aluminum to with stand extreme environments. Power Factor >0.95, THD <10%, & Lifetime of 50K hours@L70, suitable for continuous operation (12-14 Hrs./day). The Ingress protection is IP66 with an IK rating of 08. Optical and control gear compartments is maintainable/replaceable without impacting the LED units. The access to the optical and the gear compartment is separate. While accessing the gear compartment, the optical compartment is not accessible. The luminaire has 4KV internal SPD duly bolted in the Luminaire. The SPD is able to sustain a minimum 15 hits of 10KA rating, i.e. total of 45 hits across all the three modes as per IEEE 62.41.2. Luminaire has the srviceability of Class B. The driver should be BIS approved, fully potted and encapsulated with 440V Stress Voltage protection for 8 Hrs. High Cut off : 325V(+/- 15V) and Auto Restart function should also be available within the fixture.
(l) OEM Technical datasheet and drawings shall be submitted by the contractor before execution at the time of sample approval.
(m) Design and drawings for the foundation shall be done by OEM and the same shall be submitted by the contractor as per the site condition and soil strata and appropriate type of footing and depth of footing shall be designed for the net safe soil bearing capacity as per IS code 456.
(n) The quoted rate deemed inclusive of soil testing, design and submission of design and drawings from OEM, excavation, construction of R.C.C footing with minimum M-25 design mix.
(o) The design life of the high mast system will be minimum 25 years. | - | - | - | - |
