Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition whenever required), complete all as specified and as directed incl removal od debris outside MoD land Note: The place of disposal shall be found out by the contractor

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class "B" bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:4), complete all as specified.

M&L for Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM (1:4), complete all as specified.

Material and labour for cleaning existing reinforcement with wire/rotary wire brush,making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc, copmplete, applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer FEOVERT or equivalent specification confirming to ASTM-B-117, on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, with time interval of 6 hour between the coats and applying protective coating IPNET-RB complete all as specified and directed.

Replacement of steel reinforcement with TMT bars of appropriate size where 30% of cross section is reduced including dismantling of rusted steel complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for carry out application of Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor EPCO-KP-100/ Protectsil CIT/Ferogard 903 on concrete surface (this inhibitor shall have migratory kind of properly which permits the material to migrate to a virtual extent of 100 mm, through pores of concrete, inhibitor the corrosion and de-passivating the Electro-chemical reaction. It should have properly to attack as well as cathode, which is purely alkaline in nature (pH-9.5), So it has no carcinogen activity with concrete all as per manufacturer's instructions and directed.

Material & labour for Drilling and fixing Rohibb Teflon nozzles in RCC members, including drilling holes of 12mm dia, 50 to 100mm deep holes. Works shall be carried out as under :- (i) Cleaning of holes. Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzles. (ii) Fixing of nozzles. Insert 12mm dia. Rohibb Teflon nozzles in cleaned holes. External end of nozzles to be machine to receive outlet of grouting gun.Fix it inside the holes by applying thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete sealing. Cure the system for minimum 12 hrs. (iii) Cutting of nozzles. Cut the nozzles by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural elements. (iv) In case crack upto 2mm wide, fix the injection nozzels directly over the cracks, at intervals of 6 to 9 inches, using a drilling machine. Fix PVC/MS nozzels in these holes with fast-setting epoxy putty & let it dry for 2 to 3 days. Also, seal the crack between the ports with epoxy putty. (v) In case where the crack is wider than 2mm upto 4 to 5mm, drill holes at the sides of the crack in a staggered fashion, at intervals of 6 inches and affix them with epoxy putty as mentioned above. (vi) Also, seal the face of the crack with a liberal application of the epoxy putty.

Material & labour for Injecting of cement slurry grout, in the ratio 1:2 (1-cement 2-water) including super plasticizer (supercom-100) 250 ml/50 Kgs. Mixing shall be done by mechanical mixer continuously stirring mechanically to keep cement particles in suspension. Injection of approved/specified grout by means of pump at a pressure of 0.5 Kg/sqcm till the grout mix flow out from the nozzle indicating complete filling of grout in the holes drilled.

Material & labour for Injecting low viscosity MONOPOL (3-5 cps) high molecular weight monomer by pressure and using mechanized injector gun with accessories till nozzles refuses to accept the grout, including mixing of material components (part A & B) in the required quantities as per manufacture`s instruction by weigh batching, Grouting maintain the pressure at exit(0.5 to 1.0 kg/cm2) by monitoring pressure gauge at exit grout the material through prefixed nozzles in the structural elements@100ml per nozzle Repeat the process for all the nozzles. (Beam, RCC wall and columns)

Providing and applying structural grade EPIBOND-21-LP prior to application of any type of mortar plaster confirming to ASTM-C-882-91 (Arizona slant shear test) to ensure bond between old concrete and new concrete complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Building up the profile of structural member by using latex additives (MONOBOND) modified air cured mortar system (Polymer modified mortar/LW+) (1:5:15 = 1 monobond-5 cement -15 sand) -in damaged area in 30mm thickness including leveling profiling etc complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and applying jacketing around columns with Micro concrete (Molith-MC) M40 including all lifts, shuttering, drilling holes and fixing shear anchor as per specification complete. Note :- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately rates quoted shall be inclusive of jacketing, formwork and micro concrete etc complete all as specified.

Providing and applying fair finish 15mm thick plaster with ready mix prepacked proportioned dry mix mortar, mixed with water proofing compound on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, on internal surfaces including transporting of material, mixing, curing, etc. complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only.

Providing & applying anti algal water-based elastomeric exterior wall finish on newly plastered surfaces including surface preparation, applying suitable wall prime seal primer 8-10 sqm per ltr coverage area and application of two coats (base coat 4.2-4.7 & top coat 6-6.5 sqm per ltr coverage area ) & of paint by roller etc. complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Notes:- 1. Work will be executed by authorised applicator of approved manufacturer. 2. Every coat of finish will be approved by GE before starting new layer/coat. 3. Contractor to submit minimum 05 yrs warranty certificate from the company.

Material & Labour for complete removal of existing treatment on walls/surface with wire brush/rotatry wire brush, watering, cleaning of surface and opening of cracks in V shape and filling with Dr. Fixit (Crack X Paste) or any other techno-commercial equivalent Make of Fosroc, Krishna Conchem, etc. as approved by the Engineer-in-charge and applying anti-algae water based elastomeric exterior wall finish as on old plastered surfaces including surface preparation, applying suitable wall prime seal primer 8-10 sqm per ltr coverage area and application of two coats (base coat 4.2 -4.7 & top coat 6-6.5 sqm per ltr coverage area) & of paint by roller etc. complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Providing and applying fair finish 15mm thick plaster with ready mix prepacked proportioned dry mix mortar, fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces, on internal surfaces including transporting of material, mixing, curing, etc. complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and applying fair finish 10mm thick plaster with ready mix prepacked proportioned dry mix mortar fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces additives, on ceiling including transporting of material, mixing, curing, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

(a) Material & Labour for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 kg (undiluted) per sqm of average thickness 2 mm over the newly plastered surface of wall, after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps :- Step 1:- Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer's instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2:- Apply the first coat of the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI. Step 3:- Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface. (b) Material & Labour for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer using fully automatic airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a maximum material hose length of 30 Metre. The spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. Proper masking to be carried out before primer and paint application.

Material and labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) by using WPC @ 2% of weight of cement as in floor of RCC roof all as specified and directed. Note: (WPC shall be paid seperately)

Providing and applying fair finish 10mm thick plaster with ready mix prepacked proportioned dry mix mortar fair faces of brick wall or concrete surfaces additive as on roof surface including transporting of material, mixing, curing, etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of tree roots and branches spreed over stone wall/brick wall joints, injecting anti vegetation chemical and making good the stone/ brick wall joints by flush pointing in CM (1:4) including provision of necessary scafolding and removing the debris outside MD land.

Treatment of sunken floor slab comprising of the following specifications and all as specified :- (i) Material & labour for cleaning the sunken/lowered portion of RCC slab surface (including vertical total depth plus skirting height) of floors by wire brush, chisel out any mortar sticking to the surface and brooming completely 40 mm thick avg PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in padding concrete to achieve proper slope including cutting holes in bricks or RCC wall for spout (Cost of cutting holes and pipes shall be measured and paid separately) (ii) Rendering of uneven surfaces with 6mm thick CM (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound @ 3% by wt of cement consumed. Fill it with water and check dampness and seepage. Where dampness/seepage is noticed, nozzles shall be fixed and grouting to be carried out. (WPC shall be measured & paid separately) (iii) All junctions points of side wall where CI/GI pipes are passing through shall be sealed with epoxy putty. (iv) After drying putty, wash the slab and sides of sunken portion with water and make it clear and clean. (v) Material & labour for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturs instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level+100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed.(This item shall be measured and paid separately) (vi) Plaster the bottom and sides up to bottom of the skirting with minimum 20mm thick CM (1:4) mixed with integral water proofing compound 3% by wt of cement consumed as per manufacturer's specification including rounding of corners and junctions sloping towards spout.( WPC shall be measured & paid separately) Note :- Test the water proofed area (ponding test) by filling water for at least 72 hours and shall be tested for leakage seepage and to the entire satisfaction of GE. Test shall be done in presence of reps of PMG and record for each sunken slab shall be maintained. The treatment shall be carried out by authorised applicators of chemicals. Cost of testing shall be deemed to be included in the rates quoted above. (vii) All pipes laid in sunken portion shall be covered with 50mm thick PCC (1:3:6) all round after painting with anticorrosive paint (This shall be measure & paid separetely).

M&L for Cutting holes in bricks or RCC walls exc half brick built in cement mortar including making good after inserting and setting spouts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F GI pipe 50mm dia medium grade laid in sunken floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:7:12 type F2 (by using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in lean concrete/filling concrete complete all as specified.

Material & labour for applying two coats of polymer modified cementious water proof coating as per manufacturs instruction to bottom and vertical sides up to finished floor level + 100mm height. The thickness of two layer shall be 1mm. When the second layer is still sticky, coarse sand spray shall be carried for the vertical and bottom surface of the sunken portion all as specified and directed.

Water Proofing Treatment to Sunken Floor are as under: - (a) Cleaning the surface of any description with wire brush, detecting sources of leakage/ seepages and removing/ taking down unsound treatment/ surface. (b) M&L for making holes with drill machine of dia 18mm for carrying out non-destructive waterproofing treatment to floors, sunken portion of toilet/ bathroom and junctions of floor and walls of bath/WC and floor traps (combined unit) by using construction chemical method as hydrophobic PU grouting with first course of injection MDI based PU foam and second course of injection with PU plain all as per manufacturers instruction etc and M&L for fixing the metallic packer for hydropobic PU foam sealer as per manufacturer specification. Note : The PU foam and PU plain shall have 100% solids and solvant free and shall expand 30-40 times its volume at liquid stage in presence of water, the PU plain injection shall have minimum 100 CPS viscosity and shore hardness minimum 50D.
