ARMO Operation and Maintenance of GLF installation and Operation of conveyer belts, DG Sets and external E and M installations at Jammu Airport for the year 2022-23

SH(I):- Shift Operation and Maintenance Management - GLF, DG Sets, Conveyor belt, CCRs, NAV-AIDS,INRESS etc. Periodical Maintenance of operational area Installations of GLF, NAV-AIDs, external E&M installation and operation of DG sets and Conveyor belt involving repairs & maintenance & attending to complaints/ faults/ breakdowns and taking rectification action, ensuring serviceability/ satisfactory working condition of the systems, preventive maintenance, maintenance of records/ documentations etc., as per the detailed specifications, terms & conditions covered under this contract & deputation of minimum manpower on all days including sundays & holidays etc as reqd as per technical specification, complete as required.

Supervisor (Highly Skilled)- 02 Nos ( 1 person/shift for 2 shifts)

Electrician(Skilled) - 04Nos (1 person/shift for 3 shifts & 1 person in general shift)

(i) Belt Operator(Semi-Skilled) - 04 Nos (2 person/shift for 2 shifts) (ii) DG Operator Cum Wireman - 03 Nos (1 person/shift)

Helper(Un-Skilled) - 8 Nos (2 person/shift for 3 shifts & 2 in general shift)

SH (II):- Procurement of GLF Spares 200 W 6.6 A Bi-Pin Halogen Lamp (Make : OSRAM / Philips)

Supply of following isolating transformer (a) 45W, 20A/6.6A

150W Approach lamp with holder

Supply of following size airfield cable 5KV grade PVC insulated & PVC sheathed standard copper conductor singel core Airport Lighting cable confirming IS 1554 (Part-II) with upto date amendment as required. Confirming to particular specification etc as required. (a) 16 sq.mm

SH(III):- REWINDING, PAINTING OF MOTORS. Repairing of following fans including rewinding, replacement of bearing & capacitors and including assembling testing, transportation charges etc, as and when required. a) Ceiling fan up to 1400mm

(b) b) Pedestal fan up to 600mm

c) Wall Mounting fan up to 450mm

d) Exhaust fan/ Desert cooler fan up to 450mm

e) Air circulator fan up to 600mm

Identifying the cable fault location at Airport premises in both operational and non operational area along with cable fault detention instrument including arranging necessary labours for excavation of soil at suspected location etc, as and when required. i) First fault

ii) Subsequent fault

SH(IV):- MOTOR PUMP SETs. Lifting and lowering of upto 15 HP submersible pump set along with column pipe detaching one length of column pipe from rest of column pipe by opening nut and bolts in this manner taking out entire pump system and lowering of entire pump system in the reverse order of the above process including chain block and supporting pipes transportation, testing and commissioning etc as required (up to 3 inch G.I. Pipe)

Rewinding of upto15 HP, 3 phase submersible motor set including transporatation charges etc., as and when required.

Servicing of upto 15 HP, 15 stage submersible motor pump set's including replacement of motor bushes, thrust bearings, pump body casting bush, distance pices, steady bush upper and lower, 15 nos gun metal impllers, painting including transportation charges etc, as and when required.

Rewinding of upto 12.5 HP, 3 phase centrifugal pump including transporatation charges etc, as and when required.

Servicing of upto 12.5 HP, centrifugal motor pump set's including replacement of motor bushes, bearings, paitnting including transportation charges etc, as and when required.

Rewinding and servicing of Fire Main Pump - 45KW/ 60HP 50Hz 3 Phase 415V, 75A induction motor type pump of water Head range 25-55m (Kirloskar Make)- 2965 rpm including transporatation charges etc., as and when required.

Rewinding and servicing of Jockey Pump - 11 KW/ 15 HP 50Hz 3 Phase 415V ,20A induction motor type pump of Head range 16-170 (Kirloskar Make)- 2900 rpm including transporatation charges etc., as and when required.

SH(V):- Procrument of Electrical Spares Supply of XLPE/PVC insulated PVC sheathed aluminium conductor armoured power cable of 1.1KV grade confirming to IS 7098 (Part-I) 1988 with upto date amendments etc as required for the following sizes (Make : As per approved list) (a)3.5C X 240 Sq.mm

SH(VI):- DSR items Execution of the item of work as per requirement of site from the CPWD schedule of rates (Electrical DSR - 2018) As per CPWD specification complete as required (Total amount of Rs. 1,00,000.00 (exclusive of GST) is kept for –DSR item-2018) Percentage above or below CPWD schedule of rates E&M 2018. (Items will be executed as per requirement). (If bidder wants to quote above 10%, then write 1.10, similarly if Bidder wants to quote below 10%, write 0.90) in rate column.
