Providing and placing Godrej Desk cum bench

A) Legs. Legs are made of MSERWoblong tube (IS7138) of size 75x25x2mm thickwith 5 mm thkHR brackets as per IS: 2062 and 2 mm thk | ICRCA brackets as per IS - 513 welded on to the tubes. Assembly is epoxy polyster powder coated (Min 40 Micron) Sturdy grouting to noor through 8mm thk HR steel (IS 2062) base plate using anchor bolts. Shoe made of ultramid - Nylon are provideded at the bottom for covering the base plate.

B) Swiveling: Swiveling arms are made of MS ERW tube (IS138) of size 50x30x1.6mm thick oblong tube with one end welded with Dia 55x4mm thick. MS ERW tube (IS7138) and at other end welded with Dia 48x3.2mm thick MS ERW tube (IS7138). The swiveling arms are epoxy polyester powder coated (Min 40 microns). The swiveling arms is held with powder coated Aluminum die cast piece with swiveling mechanism consist of Ni-Cr plated Shaft (IS: 9550). Torsion spring made of spring steel (IS4454) and Bush made of Nylone (PA6-GF30). Upright height adjustment.

C) Chair:- a) Chair Back: Back in made of blow molded High-density polyethylene and is fixed on the understructure assembly with the help of Stainless steel pop rivets.

b) Chair Seat: Seat is made of blow molded High-density polyethylene and is fixed on the understructure assembly.

c) Seat Support Frame:- All side metal frames are made from Mild steel ERW oblong tubes 40x20x2mm thick (approx. 14 SWG) as per IS: 7138, seat support bracket made of 3mm thick HR sheet (IS 2062), MS ERW oblong tube 35x15x1.6mm (IS7138) which are welded together.

Seat support channel made of 1mm thick Mild steel (as per IS: 513) is welded to the understructure for fixing seat, The welded structures are coated with epoxy polyester powder( Min 40 microns). D) Base Plate Mehanism: The base plate mechanism is designed with the following feature: > 360 revolving type.

> Provision of Upright height adjustment E) Pneumatic Height adjustment with Auto returen feature: The seat is provided with height adjustment using a gas lift with an adjustment stroke of 70.0+-0.3cm,.The gaslift also has a auto return feature to allow the user free mivement while being seated and after use guides the upper structure to roated back to its original position enabling all chairs to align with the worktop

D). Worktop:- Worktop are made of 25mm thick Pre-laminated Board of EI-P2 Grade and provided shade conferming to IS: 12823:1990. All the edge of worktops are provided with machine pressed 2mm thick pvc edge band glued with hot melt glue. Length of 2 seater table should be 1350 mm approx.

E) Modesty: Modesty is made of 25mm thick pre-laminated twin board of E1-P2 Grade conferming to IS 12823:1990 of approved shade. All the edge of worktops are provided with machine pressed 2mm thick pvc edge band glued with hot melt glue. Hight of the modesty should be 600 mm approx.
