Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work complete upto all floor level in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses,plinth and string courses etc.including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.“(Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum.“Excess/ less cement used as per design mix is payable/recoverable separately). Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (One cement : Six sand : Twelve graded/crushed/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetre) nominal size) mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts complete in all respect.

Providing and laying cement cocnrete work 1:2:4 ( One cement two sand isto four crushed stone aggregate 20mm. (twenty milimetre) nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated including curing complete including form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work as per HP.PWD specification of 1990 volume-1 including carriage of material, labour, tool and plants through all modes of transporation within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge in moulding in cornices, window sills etc. in all floor level in all heights.

Steel reinforcement (TATA /SAIL / JINDAL PANTHER/ Shyam steel make) for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, placing in position and binding all complete work including cost of binding wire upto all floor level Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D (five hundred) or more steel bars including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as per drawings and technical specifications as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge including all incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government
