Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

12 mm Cement Plaster of Mix :1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Repair to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sqm and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing plastering the wall surface with white cement based polymer modified self curing mortar, including disposal of rubbish, all complete as per the direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work.

Applying priming coat: With ready mixed pink or Grey primer of approved brand and manufacture on wood work (hard and soft wood)

P/F lSI marked flush door shutter non decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched commercial 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both face of shutters, (CRYSTAL / GREENPLY make) : 30mm thick including lSI marked Stainless steel butt hinge with necessary screws.

Supplying chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified. Chlorpyriphos/ Lindane emulsifiable concentrate of 20%

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length ( hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid for separately). Second class teak wood

Distemper with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Old work (two or more coats ) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer.

Removing the existing old hessian cloth including teak wood beads (fixed at an internal of 150 mm c/c over hessian cloth) from the wall surface, A/c duct etc and stacking properly as per the direction of E/I.

Providing and fixing acoustic fabrics Cloth (Molfino Gold) (quality and colour approved by department) over the existing board with nail/screw etc. including re-fixing the teak wood bead over the acoustic fabrics after cleaning and polishing/ painting beads to match the existing design including anti termite treatment in wall/ existing board but excluding cost of chemical required for treatment and polishing.

Providing and fixing PVC flooring 1.5 mm thick in all colour, shedes as approved by EIC over flooring with specified adhesive complete including removing existing PVC floor mat.

Scaffolding with bamboo for removing and refixing of hession cloth as per direction Engineer - In Charge.

Melamine polishing (Make MRF) on wood surfaces including surface preparation and base coats as per requirement with removing & refixing of door and arrengement for temporary door fixing complete. Two or more coats including wood filler.

Mechanized cleaning of Chairs properly using Chemcal complete.

Mechanized cleaning of Carpet properly using Chemcal complete.
