Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring from surface/concealed conduit for light, fan, socket, bell or power complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc., removing materials from site or for refixing and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc., to match with the existing complete all as directed.

M&L, Point wiring complete with FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100V grade conforming to IS-694, 1.5Sqmm (nominal area) multistranded with copper conductor drawn through in existing PVC conduit concealed in walls/floors/ceilings/roofs etc., with and including modular metal flush boxes made out of 1.6mm GI sheet with modular plate and frame for mounting of switches, socket outlets, regulators etc., complete including provision of FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5Sqmm copper conductor as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly and making good disturbed surfaces to match with existing complete all as specified and directed for the following:-

One light/fan/bell point controlled by one, one way switch, 5/6Amp

One light point controlled by two, two way switch, 5/6Amp

One socket outlet, 3 pin, 5/6Amp, on independent board controlled by one way switch.

One socket outlet, 3 pin, 5/6Amp, controlled by one way switch on same board with other switches.

All as per item No. 2 above but with 2.5Sqmm FRLS cable for 5pin 15Amp socket outlet on independent board with 2.5Sqmm FRLS cable for the earth continuity conductor.

All as per item No. 2 above but with 4Sqmm FRLS cable for 20Amp AC socket outlet on independent board with 4Sqmm FRLS cable for the earth continuity conductor.

M&L in repairs, Sub main wiring with 2 single core 6Sqmm 1100 Volts grade, FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed cable, copper conductor, multistranded drawn through and including rigid PVC conduit, medium grade of minimum dia 25mm along with accessories concealed in walls etc, including provision of FRLS PVC insulated 6sqmm copper conductor as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Note:1. Two runs of cable, one run of earth continuity conductor and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as unit length. 2. Quoted rate shall be deemed to include cost of making chases and making good disturbed surfaces to match with existing.

Taking down existing KWH meter and keeping in safe custody, refixing the same at a later date as directed including necessary electrical connection from main to KWH meter and KWH meter to outgoing DB complete all as directed.

M&L in repairs, Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to GI wire 4mm dia as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, washers and check nuts made out of galvanized iron or steel all as shown on Electrical Plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.

Note: The unit rate shall also include for earth work in any type of soil, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber, RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 50mm thick cover slab reinforced with 6 Nos of 8mm dia TMT bars both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade, GI protection pipe medium grade 15mm dia and wire mesh complete in addition to item No. 1(a) to (e) of preamble (Notes) under sub-heading earthing, specified on Sl Page No. 422 of SSR Part-II.
