Erection of steel tubular or rail pole strut in cement concrete 1:3:6(1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling and secured with holding clamps, bolts, nuts, etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of stay set complete (galvanised) with 19/20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm, thimble, stay clamps, bow tightener, 7/ 4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supplying of channel iron (75mm x 40 mm x 6 mm ) (7.14 kg per metre) cross arm for two 11KV over head line conductors complete with 50 mm x 50 mm x 6mm ( angle iron bracket) welded to channel iron and complete with 50mm x 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps ,bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins,bolts,nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Erection of pole top/ straight two wire/ V shape two wire, angle iron/ channel iron, cross arm on steel tubular/ rail/ PCC pole for 11/22/33 KV as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm 7.14 Kg per metre) pole top bracket/cross arm for single 11KV over head line conductor complete with 50 mm X 6mm flat iron clmaps, bolts, nuts and washers including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75 mm x 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 11KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm x 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts and washers etc ( as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying and erection of a set of cross bracing FRLS same work for 11 KV over head line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of 50mm x 50 mm x 6 mm angle iron to form a rectangle of minimum size 1400 mm width x 2500 mm height, complete with 50 mm x 6mm M.S.flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc ( as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for 11KV/ 22KV/ 33KV over head lines as required.

Supplying and erection of 33 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 11KV disc insulator for over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps , bolts, nuts, washers etc as required.

Erection of ACSR conductor of 7/3.35 mm to 7/4.00 diameter and above including binding etc. as required. (22 Spans, each span 22 x 70m x 0.394Kg/m = 606Kg per 5 spans single wire, for 3 wire = 3 x 606Kg = 1820Kg, say 1820kg approx.)

Supply & Erection of G.I.Wire No. 8 SWG including binding etc. as required for running earth. (each span consumes 70m, for 22 spans = 1540m weight of GI Wire 8SWG per m = 0.116Kg Weight of GI Wire for 1540m = 0.116Kg x 1540 = 178.64Kg , Say 179Kg approx.)

Dismantling of over head lines comprising of copper/aluminium over head conductor,Cl. Wire,cross arms,insulators etc. as required. (22 Spans, each span 22 x 70m x 0.394Kg/m = 606Kg per 22 spans single wire, for 3 wire = 3 x 606Kg = 1820Kg, say 1820kg approx.)

Dismantling of pole/street light standard/strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc as required.

Supply & Erection of Cradle Guarding of 11kV OH Line with 8SWG GI Wire. (each span consumes 400m of GI wire 8SWG.) weight of GI Wire 8SWG per m = 0.116Kg Weight of GI Wire for 400m = 0.116Kg x 400 = 46.40Kg , Say 46Kg approx.)

Supply of 10 mtr long 160mm dia casing pipe,(PE-80, PN-8) ISI marked and as per relevant Specification

Laying and commisioning of 3.5 Core, 1.1 KV grade ,240 Sq mm XLPE cable with horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) method by providing 160 mm HDPE Pipe (PE-80,PN-8) pipe casing including jointing of HDPE Pipe ,Pit Making for Machine Placement etc (At a Depth of 4 mtr below railway track) 60 mtrs X 2 run

Providing of 3 Core 120 Sq mm 11 KV Aluminium XLPE Insulation armoured cable

Tree Trimming work along the proposed 11kV OH line including cutting, trimming & removal from the work site as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KVgrade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required above 120 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Laying of one number additional PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required Above 120 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required 240 sq. mm

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm X 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved as required. (Shall be placed at an interval of 30m distance)

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Total impact of GST plus Labour Cess [@ 1 % (BOCW Cess to be deducted from the RA bill as per the value of the work progress)] for the purpose of CTC
