Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx3.15mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to copper strip 20x3 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron protected by provision of GI medium grade pipe 40 mm dia including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with 40 mm thick cover of RCC 1:2:4 reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/sqm) and frame of angle iron 40x40x6 mm with 6 mm dia bar handle made to shape, GI light grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 meter long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of bronze/ gen metal with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and excavation and earth work in hard dense soil, returning filling in, and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre all as per elctrical plate No. 3 of SSR-2009 Part-I and connecting to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. Note: The quoted rate of earthing shall be deemed to include the cost of 7.5 mtr long copper strip 20x3 mm and protection pipe of 40 mm bore medium grade. Any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order based on SSR rates adjusted with quoted rates.

Earthing complete with galvanised mild steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead 4.00 mm dia (8 SWG) by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron including PCC Pit in (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate with 40 mm thick Pre cast RCC cover of 1:2:4 reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 1.87 kg/sqm) with suitable handle made of 12 mm dia round bar, including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, GI medium grade 20 mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 meter long placed on top edge of earth plate, with cast iron funnel and wire mesh, 15 mm dia bore light grade galvanised steel tube up to 7.5 mtr length for drawing earth lead wire protection, common salt and charcoal filling complete all as shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR part-I 2009 and testing on completion.

Supply & Fix DC Distribution Board, double door type 8 way with and including DC MCB 63 Amps DP - 01 No as incomer and DC MCB 6-32 Amps SP - 06 No as outgoing with all connected accessories all as per specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of silent type diesel engine driven generating set of capacity 30 KVA, 415 volts, 3 phase, 0.8 power factor at NTP, mounted on common base platform with flexible coupling, 1500 RPM with AMF Panel alongwith sound proof enclosure(accoustic enclosure) designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB upto 1 mtr (Avg) IS-8528 part 10 as per approved CPCB norms and as per GSR 371(E) and 17.05.2002 with silencer pipe protected with asbestos rope independently supported from engine to outside of power house upto 1.0 mtr, AVM pads, foundation as per manufacturer's design, battery start with suitable cables for connecting from DG Set to panel board. DG Set shall include the following:-

(A) PRIME MOVER : Vertical diesel engine of capacity not less than 42 BHP, water cooled closed circuit as per BS-649 or IS- 10002 direct injection type turbo charged. The DG Set shall be capable of running 24 Hrs continuously with 10% overloading for one hour in every 12 hours as per BS-5514/ BS-649. Engine shall be equipped with all standard fittings as per manufacturer's recommendations and mounted on common base frame with following fittings:- (a) Ignition key and starting with push button switch. (b) Safety control (trip) for the following:- (i) Low lubricating oil pressure. (ii) Over speed. (c) 12 Volt starting equipment comprising of the following :- (i) 01 No 12 Volt 65 AH Battery Make : Exide/Amaron/TATA Green (ii) Battery charging alternator with inbuilt regulator . (iii) Self starter of suitable capacity. (iv) Battery leads (copper cable ) of suitable size with brass thimbles and terminals.

(B) ALTERNATOR : Alternator rating 30 KVA, 3 phase, 50 cycles, 415 volts, 4 wire supply at NTP 0.8 power factor running @ 1500 RPM self excited, self regulated mounted on common base frame, mounted on a permanent foundation screen protected with self excited ƒ Brushless type, Screen protected, Revolving field, alternator conforming to IS/IEC 60034-1n to be coupled with above engine through flexible coupling, the alternator shall be conforming to BS-2613 or IS-4722. (C) CONTROL PANEL: Alternator control inbuilt panel suitable mounted as per manufacturer design, cubical type with inner copper wiring for 30 KVA alternator , 415 volts, 3 phase , 4 wire, 50 cycles fabricated out of 2 mm thick MS sheet, powder coated including following accessories:- (a) Multifunction electronic meter which displays AC current/ voltage/Water temperature/Oil pressure/ frequency/ power factor/ Kilo watt/ Kilo watt Hour (with required CTs for unbalanced load) (b) Moulded case circuit breaker - 1 No for incoming as recommended by manufacturer (c) Set of copper bus bar of suitable capacity. (d) Set of indicator lamps -1 set (e) Electrically operated alarm system alongwith following protections (i) DG Set overload (ii) Over current trip (iii) Low lubricant oil pressure

(D) OTHER FITTINGS : (a) Battery charger : Battery charger having electric circuit consisting of triodes rectifiers, capacitors and resistance etc. The battery charger should be able to charge the battery at all the time whenever electric supply given to battery charger through contrl panel or electric power point. (b) Fuel tank : Inbuilt fuel tank of suitable capacity as per manufacturer's instruction capable to store fuel for 12 hour running of DG set with oil pipes, including oil level indicating gauge, drain and air vent plug etc. Notes: 1. Complete DG Set shall be supplied by any of the following: Kirloskar/ Greaves/ Cummins 2. Precommissioning test shall be carried out by rep of Accepting Officer within overall cost quoted by the contractor. All Testing arrangement including POL , load shall be made by the contractor. 3. DG Set shall be mounted on PCC platform as per manufacturer recommendations and cost there of shall be included in the overall cost. 4.The DG set shall be supplied duly assembled by the authorized OEM/ GOEM. 5. Contractor will produce test certificate of engine and the alternator from manufactures.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing cable XLPE insulated IS 7098 (Part-I)-1988 marked, screened, PVC sheathed, armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 volts, cross sectional area of cable 25 sq mm 4 core laid in trenches/fixed on pole/wall/passed through pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : As per Approved makes listed in Appx 'B' of tender documents.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing cable XLPE insulated IS 7098 (Part-I)-1988 marked, screened, PVC sheathed, armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 volts, cross sectional area of cable 35 sq mm 3.5 core laid in trenches/fixed on pole/wall/passed through pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : As per Approved makes listed in Appx 'B' of tender documents.

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing cable XLPE insulated IS 7098 (Part-I)-1988 marked, screened, PVC sheathed, armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto and including 1100 volts, cross sectional area of cable 10 sq mm 2.0 core laid in trenches/fixed on pole/wall/passed through pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : As per Approved makes listed in Appx 'B' of tender documents.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 m in depth in a hard/dense soil for laying underground cables/ errection of steeltubular poles / stay pit etc. all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in incl spreading,levelling watering and well ramming in layer n exc 25 cm in soil each layer complete specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance n.exc 50 m and depostimg where directed at alevel n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for sand cushioning the UG cable screened unwashed river sand and punning for cushioning to cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for laying dry bricks old size with subclass 'B' made of burnt clay best quality locally available with permissible tolerance, laid straight trench for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C2 with 20 mm graded aggegate for pole coping & road crossing including form work and finishing to all exposed surfaces by using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing LED 45 W decorative post Top Lantern 360 degrre indirect light with IP-65 protection resistant to impact and corrosion Glare free and better uniformity incl connection of flexible wire 2 core wire existing connection to fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. S&F LED Bollard fitting 6Watt powder coated aluminium body with opal diffuser suitable for landscape lighting complete all as specified and directed by engr in Charge Approved makes as per Appx 'B' of Tender documents.

Supply and fixing of flood light fitting for 20 watt LED with lens, compact street light fitting with deep drawn MS housing complete with acrylic cover incl provn of PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor single core cable 2.5 Sqmm, 1.5 mtr long approx for connection from OH line to fitting including disconnecting and removing existig old U/s street light fitting Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
