Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

Bidder should have manufactured & supplied at least 1 No of Tipper capacity in at least one of the last three years i.e. 2021-22 to 2023-24 to any Central/State Govt Organization/ULB OR Similar type of work done or performance certificate issued by competent authority of value not less than 29.84 lakhs

Financial Status

To qualify for award of this contract each tender in its name should have in last three years i.e. 2021-22 to 2023-24 achieved in at least one financial year a minimum financial turnover of Rs 37.30 Lakhs. Audited Balance Sheet / Turnover certificate of the company duly audited/attested by chartered accountants for the said Financial Year.

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of not less than amount Rs 11.19 lakhs (Unconditional Letter of credit from scheduled banks for meeting the fund requirement etc. Credit lines/ letter of credit/ Banker certificates issued by Nationalized banks.
