Providing 16 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) over brick masonry work with watering & curing etc. including supply of all materils labour T&P required for the work and cost, conveyance, royalities & all taxes of all materials etc. complete as per direction of E.I.C.

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) over brick masonry work with watering & curing etc. including supply of all materils labour T&P required for the work and cost, conveyance, royalities & all taxes of all materials etc. complete as per direction of E.I.C.

Supplying fitting & fixing of M.S. grill,Door &window gate etc. made of flat and angle including welding as required and fixing in position including all cost of materials and cost of labour etc. complete

Supplying, fitting and fixing of Stainless steel of 304 grade in hand railing using 50mm dia of 2mm thick circular pipe with Balustrade of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm @ 0.90mtr. C/C and stainless square pipe bracing of size 32mm x 32mm x 2mm in 3 rows in stair case as per approved design and specification, buffing, polishing etc with cost, conveyance, taxes of all materials, labour, TSP etc. required for the complete in all respect.

Supplying, fitting & Fixing of Granites tiles of 10 MM thick on 25 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:1 (1 cement : 1 sand) jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shares of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles.

Finishing wall with one coat of primer including supply of all materials labour T&P required for the work & cost. conveyance of materials etc. all complete as per direction of E.I.C

Finishing wall surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty (water based) of approved make and finished smooth & even shade to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staying charges with cost. of all materials ,taxes labour T&P etc. all complete as per direction of E.I.C

Providing wall Painting two coats with Weather coat Paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including supply of all materials labour T&P required for the work & cost. conveyance of materials etc. all complete as per direction of E.I.C

Supplying all materials labour T&P for Painting two coats to walls with plastic emultion paint of approved shade on new work to given an even shade , including cost,conveyance, royalities & taxes of all materials etc.all complete as per direction of E.I.C..

Supplying all materials labour T&P for Painting two coat with any appproved paint on new Iron work over a coat of primer including all cost, conveyance taxes etc. complete

Cement concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm size crusher broken hard granite chips including hosting and laying all cost of materials, labour, conveyance, royalty, Tools and Plants water for curing etc.all complete,as per O.P.W.D. specification required for the work to finished items of work. Rigid and smooth centering and shuttering for R.C.C. works including false works and dismantling them after casting including cost of materials complete in a) Foundation and Plinth

Providing, Spreading and Laying on Road surface and compacting, proper camber layer of paver inter locking block minimum 80mm thickness and inscribed machine mixed and compacted having crushing strength not less then M-40 including filling the interstices with sand, watering, booming, bliding and consolidation with wooden hammer as per OPWD specification and relevant code including cost of materials, conveyance, royalty, labour, cess, T&P required to the work etc. complete to finished items. M20 using 20mm & down grade size hard grinite chips with lowering,laying the concrete & curing, etc. compacting to required depth & levels, including supply of all materials, labour, T&P required for the work including cost, conveyance, royalities & all taxes of all materials etc. complete including centering & shuttering as per drawing specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing M.S. reinforcement for R.C.C. work with cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills as per approved design & placing in position including cost conveyance M.S. Rod & binding wire 18 to 20 gauge etc. all complete as per direction of E.I.C.

Brick work Fly Ash Brick in C.M (1:6) in Superstructure including cost, conveyance and royalty and watering for curing etc complete.

Provision for P.H. & Sanitary fittings including all cost complete etc.(as per actual)
