Providing Boom Barricading at designated places at RTPS

Work experience: The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor (at least 90% of the contract value) at least one similar work such as establishing Boom Barricade of value not less than Rs. 5.22 Lakhs (excluding GST) in the preceding Five financial years (ie.2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24). The certificate issued by the Competent Authority not below the rank of Chief Engineer in case of KPCL works and not below the rank of Executive Engineer and equivalent in case of other Government Organizations/competent authority is to be uploaded in the Technical bid. (Work done of previous years shall be given weight of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of financial year 2024-25).

Any reputed individual/Company having Class IV & above valid KPWD contractor registration certificate/ Department of Electrical inspectorate contractor registration certificate /Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) are eligible for participation for which scanned copy of the same shall be uploaded.

Financial turnover: The Intending bidder in his name should have achieved in At least two financial years an average annual Financial Turnover of value not less than Rs. 10.44 Lakhs (Exclusive of GST )during the preceding five completed financial years (ie.2019-20, 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23 and 2023-24). The bidder shall submit the certified copy of Turnover certificate duly certified by the chartered Accountant for the respective two years & the same shall be uploaded along with the technical bid. (Financial turnover of previous years shall be given weight of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of financial year 2024-25).

The Bidders should upload the following declarations by duly signed. I/we shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by KPCL or by any State Government/Government of India/ Union Territory.I/we declares that EMD has not been forfeited and None of my contracts have been terminated/foreclosed on account of default in KPCL or elsewhere during the past 3 (Three) years. My/our offer has no conditions contravening the commercial conditions of the bid. I/we have studied the site conditions, labour conditions and read the Bid documents and related matters carefully and diligently and that he has submitted the bid having studied understood and accepted the full implications of the agreement. I/we shall pay fair and reasonable wages, which shall not be less than the minimum wages fixed by GOK to the labours/workmen employed in the contract. I/we have accepted the condition that KPCL reserves the right to foreclose the contract at any point of time without assigning any reason.a.I/we have accepted the condition that bank guarantee/DD from a Nationalized bank/Scheduled bank towards additional security for unbalanced tender ( ie difference of tender amount and contract value) will be furnished, in case of successful bidder.If fails to furnish the same within stipulated period action may be imitated as per KPCL norms.
