Offloading the works of maintenance support of 03 nos. Hydraulic Excavator (02 nos. Komatsu PC-2000 and 01 no. Tata Hitachi EX-1900 Hydraulic Excavators) of Nigahi Project for a period 01 year.

Scope of Work: 1. Daily maintenance: Daily maintenance would include inspection of different assemblies/subassemblies, parts/subparts of machine as per checklist mentioned in NIT and their rectification as per need. 2. Periodic maintenance: Periodic maintenance would be performed as per following - EVERY 250 HOURS MAINTENACE-Check oil level in final drive case ,add oil.Check level of battery electrolyte,Check and tighten track frame and axel connecting bolts,Check alternator drive belt tension, adjust.Check Air Conditioner compressor belt tension adjust. EVERY 500 HOURS MAINTENACE- Change oil in engine oil pan, replaced engine oil filter cartridge.Clean and inspect radiator fins , oil cooler fins fuel cooler fins,Clean air conditioner fresh / raciro filter,Replace swing travel motor drain filter,Replace pilot filter cartridge, Check oil level in swing machinery case add oil,Replace fuel pre-filter cartridge EVERY 1000 HOURS MAINTENACE- Replace fuel main filter cartridge,Replace fuel tank breather element,Change oil in swing machinery case, Change oil in PTO case, Clean PTO lubrication oil filter strainer, Replace hydraulic oil filter element,Replace hydraulic tank breather filter element, Inspection of engine suction hose clamp for operation control circuit, Check welded structure Check emergency ladder, Replace swing motor cooling filter element.EVERY 2000 HOURS MAINTENANCE - Check oil in final drive case, Check grease level in swing pinion Add grease, Check Alternator Starting motor, Check Engine valve clearance, Adjust. Every 4000 Hours Maintenance- Grease Engine mount (Front side), Check water pump, Check for looseness of high-pressure piping clamp ,hardening of rubber, Check for missing fuel spray prevention CAP , Hardening of rubber , Replace Accumulator in oil cooler circuit, Every 5000 Hours Maintenance, Change oil in Hydraulic tank, clean strainer 3. Unscheduled / Breakdown maintenance/ Running breakdown maintenance – Corrective maintenance or breakdown maintenance would include rectification of all type of breakdowns occurring in machine. 4. Major works: Demounting and Mounting of all major assemblies/Sub-assemblies/ Parts, i.e. Engine, PTO, all hydraulic pumps, all hydraulic motors, all hydraulic cylinders, arm assembly, boom assembly etc. 5. Cleaning: Cleaning of Hydraulic shovels and up keeping. 6. Supervision of the job during all times has to be ensured by the contractor. 7. AFDSS and other safety features- Firm has to submit status of AFDSS and other safety features fortnightly. 8.VHMS report has to be downloaded by their ET Tool and has to be submitted weekly. 9. All other jobs also mentioned in scope of work in NIT

Cost/ charges for the works of maintenance support of 03 nos. Hydraulic Excavator (02 nos. Komatsu PC-2000 and 01 no. Tata Hitachi EX-1900 Hydraulic Excavators) as per scope of work mentioned above and also in NIT including labour charges and any other misc. charges for 365 days. (workmen team/crew consisting of minimum 02 No. Highly skilled Fitter cum supervisor , 04 Nos. Skilled Fitter and 06 Nos. Semi-skilled Fitter manpower to be deployed per day for 03 nos. Hydraulic Excavators Fleet)

Contractor Profit on labour charges per day for 03 Nos. Hydrualic Shovel for job mentioned at Sl. No. 3.00

Hire charges for tools and takles ( hand tools, torque wrench, material handling tools etc) per day for 03 Nos. Hydraulic Shovel.days
