M & L for providing and laying 25mm thick mastic flooring conforming to IS 1195-1978 on concrete surfcae incl hacking & cleaning the surface.The propotion of mixing of bitumen ,lime stone powder,coarse & fine aggregate ,bitumen IS 702(85/25)(15%),Coarse aggregate (15%),Fine aggregate (60%)& lime powder (10%)shall confirm to IS 1195-96with all necessary equipment all as specfied and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, (Using 12.50 mm graded agg.) as in floors all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for precast autoclaved acrated concrete bricks (AAC) block masonary with 150mm thick with grade -I, AAC block of density 551 to 650kg/cum conformimg to IS-2185 (Part -III) i super structure above plinth level upto floor V level with RCC bend at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar complete all as spd and directed. Note : RCC bend and reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately

Material and labour as in replacement for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, burried directly and preferably vertically in ground, earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below ground level connetced with galvanised strip of size 25mmx4mm by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers made of galvanised iron or steel earthing lead to be protected by galvanised iron pipe of 40mm (light grade) and other end connected to earthing test point or lightening arrestor or main controlling switch as directed including providing funnel with 20mm bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade), wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layer of 15cm (compacted thickness) all round the earth electrode, concrete earth pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (with 20mm graded aggregate), 50mm thick precast RCC (1:2:4) cover slab (re-inforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 15 cm C/C bothways and suitable handle made of 10mm dia) including necessary earth work in excavation, returning filling and removal of surplus earth upto a distance not exceeding 50 m etc all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I(2009) complete including testing on completion all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old existing earthing and M & L for new earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mmX600mmX6mm thick burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to 4mm dia GI wire protected by 20 mm bore light grade galvanised iron pipe and other end connected to test point as directed including funnel with wire mesh and watering pipe 20 mm bore medium grade galvanised iron pipe with charcoal and common salt in alternaterlayers of 15 cm thickness all around the GI plate electrode with concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 with cast iron frame including cast iron cover 10mm thick hinged to CI frame and 6mm MS rod for handle, necessary excavation and earth wok in hard/dense soil and disposal of spoil to a distance n exc 50 m and necessary testing complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old existing earthing and M & L for new earthing with copper earth plate of size 600mm x 600mm x 3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground not less than 2.25 metre below ground level earth plate paced on all side with charcoal mixed with salt to a thickness of 150mm in layers, connected by copper strip of size 20mm x 3 mm thick, soldered and riveted to earth plate copper earth strip will be protected by using 40mm bore GI pipe ( light grade). The earthing includes PCC pit chamber, RCC pit cover and frame , watering pipe 20 mm bore, funnel with wire mess with necessary earth work including disposal of of surplus soil to a distance not less than 50 metre complete all as specified and shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I -2009 complete as specified and directed.. Note- Main earthing lead form earth plate to test point & up to 7.5 metre to be provided. The cost for the same shall be deemed to be included in the above quoted rate

M & L plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as used for foundation of errection of pole, filling in repair of road cuttings etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation of poles, cable etc, not exc 10 sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil including taking out brick protection etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning by spreading in trenches crushed sand by gently by punning down manually as in cable protection all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-charge. Note : Thickness of sand cushioning after punning down will be measured.

M&L for bricks sub-class 'B' laid in trenches in flat style (width portion in horizontal shape) for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.
