PROVISION OF DTL THREE SEATER. The following stores for each DTL is as under :- Scope of work. Supply of DTL of size 2.7 x 0.9 x 0.45 Mtr height from ground level fitted with stainless steel water closet (WC) of size 0.058 x 0.044 Mtr fixed over MS hollow main frame section of 50 mm x 50 mm (medium wt), welded with centre support of MS section of size 40 mm x 40 mm (medium wt), top sheet to be welded with 1.4 mm thick MS Sheet as shown in drawing. Each corner of legs provided with additional 40 mm dia MS tube light 45 cm outer side for inserting 32 mm dia MS pipe of length 2.20 mtr. Waste disposal system provided with 100 mm PVC ‘P’ Trap and 100 mm PVC pipe of length 18.00 RM with 100 mm of PVC bend. Note : All MS frame work should be painted with two coat synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide with preparation of surfaces.

(b) 10 Nos of centre Support of main frame made of MS Hollow Section 0.9 x 0.4 x 0.4 Mtr (Medium wt). Make APPOLO/JINDAL/TATA. (c) 10 Nos of centre Support of main frame made of MS Hollow Section 0.9 x 0.4 x 0.4 Mtr (Medium wt). Make APPOLO/JINDAL/TATA. (d) Vertical Support. 08 Nos of MS hollow Steel section of size 50 mm x 50 mm, 0.45 mtr long to be welded with main frame. Make APPOLO/JINDAL/TATA

(e) MS Socket. 08 Nos of MS hollow round pipe 40 mm dia (medium wt) 0.45 mtr long should be welded with vertical support for partition of WC. Make APPOLO/JINDAL/TATA (f) 03 x Nos of Orissa pattern stainless steel water closet (WC) of size 580 x 440 mm to be drilled on top of Main frame. Make- Jindal/Nirali/Leader. (g) 100 mm dia of PVC pipe of length 6 mtr length – 03 Nos (h) 100 mm PVC ‘P’ Trap bend – 03 Nos (j) 100 mm PVC L bend – 03 Nos (k) Enamel Paint – 04 Ltrs (l) Brush Paint 50 mm - 01 Nos (m) Red oxide – 02 Ltrs (n) Nut Bolt (various size) - 01 Kg (o) Solvent – 1 Ltr

Note : (a) Vendors should not quote 0 (Zero) Value in BoQ if not willing to quote for a particular Item. (b) Quantity may vary at th time of placement of supply order. (c) Vendor must quote as per BoQ (i.e Per unit cost include taxes & takes to be paid separately. (d) Exact amt of taxes to be paid to Government as per notification is solely the responsibility of vendors.
