Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft loose soil for laying of cable trenches all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No 02 here-in-before but in hard dense soil

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25cm all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil (excavated soil) to distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point and all specified.

M&L for providing dry river sand / crush stone dust for cushioning to UG cable including punning down of sand in layers all as specified. Note :- Cushioning will be measured and paid after punning down.

Supply and laying factory cast, unreinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made embossed the mark “LT CABLE” class LV type1 flat size 250x150x40 mm laid in trenches as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts Earthed, grade cross sectional area 120 sq mm 4 core.

M&L for earthling complete with galvanized GI earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6.00 mm, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 25 x 4mm as earthing lead dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nut and galvanized iron or steel including earth work in any type of soil, charcoal salt 15 cm around the earth plate as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part1991,20 mm dia watering pipe medium grade 1.50 mtr long GI protection pipe light grade 15 mm dia from earth pit to main board. NOTE:- maximum length of GI protection pipe with each earth shall not be less than 7.5 mtrs) including necessary pit with cover , including testing on complition.

Supply, installation, design, fabrication, testing and commissioning of reputed factory made, indoor type LT feeder pillar box mounted working on 440V, 3-phase, 50 Hz, AC supply, incluing PCC platform(300mm above from ground level and 450mm depth of foundation ), with double door shutters (front and rear side openable) made out of 2.00mm SS sheet metal weather proof, dust and vermin proof, extendible type on both sides, seperate cubilcle / partition for switchgear (incoming and outgoings) with aluminium busbar (duly insulated PVC sleeves as per colour code) on suitable insulated supports, common earth bus at bottom, earth terminals on both sides of the panel for connecting earth stations, indicating lamps LED type for RYB and on / off position, copper wound CTs for measuring and internal wiring with suitable size of PVC insulated copper wire, angle iron 50x50x6 mm frame at bottom, cable entry boxes with independent gland plates at bottom for each cable, lifting lugs, complete to accommodate including painted as per the 7-tank process and painted for outdoor, weather proof IP-55 protection installation, including PCC work, excavation complete, directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site Note : Feeder pillar bus bar shall be got fabricated from CPRI approved manufaturer only and depth of panel not less than 50CM and including following items, the rate of following items are deemed to be included in quoted rates.
