Waterproofing & Repair Work of Porta Cabin Market Rate

Providing and applying SBS System for Waterproofing of Roofing Sheets on Porta Cabins: The system includes base preparation of cleaning, brushing and removal of flacky materials and applying a Special Adhesive on the entire surface followed by Providing and Laying Dr. Fixit flexshield E50, 1.5mm EPDM non-reinforced (Ethylene, Propylene, Diene Terpolymer) membrane as per manufacturers specification, with a minimum lap of 100mm on horizontal surface & adhered with adhesive.

Dismantling & Scrapping of Old Waterproofing Membrane and cleaning the suraface with grinder, wire & jute brush etc. to make it free of dust and loose aggreagates.

Repairing fine hair line cracks by widening the cracks using chisel & hammers, and making grooves and filling of these grooves using polymer modified cement sand mortar of ratio 1:3 admixed with waterproofing polymer @ 200ml per bag of cement.

Misc. Repairs Market Rate

Removal of frame less glass doors safely without damaging the same and refixing of the same after fixing new double action hydraulic floor spring with spring mechanism for door weight of min. 150 kg, including cost of cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning & clearing of clogged sewer lines with jetting machine as per site requirement.

Taking out and re-fixing of aluminium windows after repairing them including dismantling and refixinf of hinges, stays tower bolts etc. complete in all respects to make it in a good working condition complete up to the satisfaction of the Engineer In-charge.

Dismantling of Old Polycarbonate Sheet roofing, while leaving the steel framing intact.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick multilayer polycarbonate sheeting including all the necessary ss screws, covering, plates, nuts, bolts etc.as per direction of engineer.(Epdms, at 1050mm c/c aluminium glazing top & bottom) (swastik, base-durotuff / tufflight) all complete
