(1) Tenderer with satisfactory past performance for the tendered item or item similar to the tendered item (optical fiber cleaner or electrical or electronic contacts cleaner) within last 3 years to any Zonal railway or railway PUs shall only be eligible for full/bulk order. (2) The onus of submission of requisite documents (such as copies of Receipt note for stock items, receipt & acceptance for Non Stock items, capacity & capability credential, M&P required for manufacturing tendered item, T&P, Technical manpower, in house testing facilities, MSE credentials, financial credential PAN no/ITCC etc.) along with their lies with the tenderer. In case the tender do not submit the requisite documents as detailed above along with their e-offer, the tender will be decided on the basis of their past supply performance records as available with SECR [if any].

Statutory Variation Clause

Only such variation shall be admissible which takes place after the submission of bid. No claim on account of statutory variation in respect of existing tax/duty will be accepted unless the tenderer has clearly indicated in his offer the rate of tax/duty considered in his quoted rate. No claim on account of statutory variation shall be admissible on account of misclassification by the supplier/ contractor.
