Each bidder/firm/company should have executed in any one year of the last five years from 2021-22 to 2025-26 the following minimum quantities of work 1.Transformer - 11/3.3 KV - 1 No, 2.Supplying, Erection and Commissioning of Pumps and Motors of Min Capacity of 100 HP & above - 3 Nos. 3. Construction of 11/3.3 KV Transmission line - 6.00 Km 4. HT/LT Panel board - 1.00 Set 5. Earthwork Excavation/Embankment - 4016.00 Cum, 6. All Grade Cement Concrete - 1014.00 Cum, 7. Steel - 32.00 Tonne 8. GSB/WMM/WBM - 725.00 Cum.

The intending bidder/firm/ company / Joint Venture satisfactorily completed, as a prime contractor, at least one similar worksuch as Lift tank filling scheme which include civil works like Construction of Pump House & Intake, Electro Mechanical Works, costing not less than Rs.175.00 lakhs (usually not less than 50% estimated value of contract) in the last five years 2021-22 to 2025-26/ preceding 5 years. An additional weightage of 10% each year will be added to the cost of the work done to bring it to the 2026-27 price level. Certificate should be obtained from the officer not below the rank of Executive engineer shall be furnished. The value of the completed work shall be given a weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the F.Y. in which the tenders are invited

The intending bidder should furnish the KPWD Class-II and above Contractor certificate of registration issued by State/Central govt. organization.

The intending bidder/firm/ company / Joint Venture should be an individual Super grade licensed govt. electrical contractor / tie up agreement with Super grade licensed govt. electrical contractor enrolled in KPTCL/ CESCOM or equivalent companies

Tenderers will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value. The available tender capacity will be calculated as under: Assessed available tender capacity-(AxNx1.5-B) where, A-Maximum value of civil engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2026-27 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. N Number of years prescribed for completion of the works for which tenders are invited. B Value at (updated to 2026-27 price level) of existing commitments and on-going works to be completed during the 1.5years (period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited) (period of completion of the works for which Tenders are invited)

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements / Balance Sheets and auditors reports for the last five years

A valid copy of GST registration certificate

A Copy of the Income Tax returns filed for the year 2021-22 to 2025-26 should be uploaded.

List of existing commitments and ongoing works details should be uploaded along with indent numbers.

List of works for which tenders already submitted, details should be uploaded along with indent numbers.

The intending bidder/firm/company/Joint venture should furnish the details of (50% ownership/50% lease) Machinery/Equipments like RC FC Lease Agreement etc., (Current year) as mentioned below of the following minimum requirement of machineries for each of the above said works. 1. Excavator - 2 Nos. (1 No. own and 1 No. own/ Lease) 2. Tippers - 4 Nos. (2 Nos. own and 2 Nos. own/ Lease) 3. Concrete Mixers - 2 Nos. (1 No own and 1 No Lease) 4. Crane - Capacity 7.5 MT Tonnes above - 1 No. (1 No. own/ Lease)

The intending bidder/firm/ company / Joint Venture should have (in the last five years i.e. from 2021-22 to 2025-26 preceding 5 years) achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover of Rs.700.00 Lakhs. (Usually not less than two times the estimated annual payment under this contract). Audited profit and loss account balance sheet certified by the chartered accountant along with the turnover certificate for the above-indicated years along with IT returns filed for the said years all to be uploaded with the technical bid. An Additional weightage of 10% for each year will be added to bring it to the 2026-27 price level. Submit the civil engineering construction works turnover details Along With Valid UDIN.

The bidder / firm/ company should furnish details of liquid assets availability or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 96.00 lakhs ( As per Clause 3.3 (b) page 6 K/W-4, KTPP Act, GO No. FD 4 PCL 2008) (usually the equaivalent of the estimated cash flow for 3 months in peak construction period) the work mentioned above for meeting the required funds in the form of credit lines / letter of credit / certificate from any Nationalized Banks/ Scheduled banks.
