Notes :- (i) Works needs to be executed at BSO yard as well as specified sites like HQTC area and CHAFB area. (ii) Contractor shall ensure availability of sufficient No of carpentors, polishers and workers at the work site as mentioned above as per the quantum of repairs to be carryied out as per CA during the contract period all as directed by BSO to make the damaged furniture in good condition. (iii) Contractor quoted rates shall be deemed to include for above provisions and nothing extra is admissible on this account

Charpoy with hard top ( FD /E6/MAP/II/01) S&F 12 mm thick ply wood top commercial grade,synthetic resin bonded, BWR type 'A' conforming to IS 303-1989 of suitable size as per drawing and all as specified and as directed including removing the existing u/s plywood top of Charpoy with hard top complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F MS Tube Stiffeners of 25mm x25mmx850 mm long 16 guage to welded and jointed to charpoy as per drawing and all as specified and as directed including removing the existing UNSV Middle support MS Tube Stiffner of Charpoy with hard top complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Painting of charpoy frame with two coats of black enamel paint by preparing the surfaces after removing old paints by means of spray painting to all steel surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Charpoy Folding with hard top (FD-388R) S&F 12 mm thick ply wood top commercial grade,synthetic resin bonded, BWR type 'A' conforming to IS 303-1989 of suitable size as per drawing in two parts and as specified and as directed including removing the existing unsv ply wood top of Charpoy Folding hard top complete all as specified and as directed.

Repairs of charpoy folding frame including tightning, replacement of old nut and bolts and rivets and welding whereever required as per trade practice complete all as specificed and directed.

M&L Painting of frame with two coats of black enamel paint by preparing the surfaces after removing old paints by means of spray painting to all steel surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 18 mm thick both side pre- laminated MDF board of size 630 x 190 mm for Head board of Hard Bed incl PVC beading 2mm thick duly hot machine pressed all around all as per drawing and as specified and as directed removing the existing u/s Prelamiinated MDF board of Head board of Hard Bed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 18 mm thick both side prelaminated MDF board of size 630 mm x 300 mm for Foot board of Hard Bed incl PVC beading 2mm thick duly hot machine pressed all around all as per drawing and as specified and as directed removing the existing u/s Prelamiinated MDF board of Foot board of Hard Bed complete all as specified and as directed.

Bunker Bed (FD-91/112) S&F 12 mm thick of plywood top commercial grade,synthetic resin bonded, BWR type 'A' conforming to IS 303-1989 suitable for bunker bed all as per drawing and as directed including removing the existing u/s ply wood top of Bunker Bed twin Bed system complete all as specified and as directed.

Chair dining High back with cushioned seat (TP) S&F 12 mm thick BWR commercial ply duly fixed with 75 mm thick synthitic foam of 40 density covered with best quality tapesty cloth of approved quality including tightening the frame with bamboo pins , colour and pattern of required size as per existing size and design and as directed including removing the existing u/s seat including 12 mm thick ply wood of Chair dining high back with cushion complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Tapestry cloth shall not be less than Rs 350/- per meter.

S&F Ist class hard wood Middle stiffener of size 25 x 40 mm by removing the existing broken Middle stiffener complete all as per drawing and complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Melamine polish for Chair dining high back with cushion of approved colour and shade with spray machine after smoothening and preparation of surface as per trade practice and standard workmanship including necessary preparation and complete removal of the old polished surfaces by sand papering and removing the stains and rectifying the cracks and dents with filling materials like glue, bees wax resin etc mixed with polish of any description, width or girth to achieve glossy finish of natural teak/wallnut finish or shade and finish as directed by Engr-in-charge/GE. The workmanship should be as per trade practice and standard workmanship complete all as specified and as directed.
