Dismantling and stripping the damaged concrete of Column, beam, , and slab etc. incl. covering plaster by light chiselling and other manual methods until sound concrete surfaces come up. Any trace of loose plaster , oil / grease, and moss / funguses if any or other materials that might affect adhesion are to be removed by wire brushing. The entire exposed surface shall then be washed thoroughly with plenty of Clean water and then allowed to dry. Supply and Application Cementitious Grouting Admixture with the Cement slurry at a dosage 225 ml per bag of cement and injecting with high pressure by a Pressure grouting Pump through non return PVC nozzles Prefix with rapid setting cementitious Plugging Mortar at a C/C Disance of Maximum 500 mm to fill all possible pores and gaps left within the old concrete mass. When the flow of grout stops or shows refusal or grout flows out from the adjacent nozzle, pumping to be stopped and the nozzle to be tied up and allowed to set for 24 hours. The PVC nozzles to be sealed off with quick-setting cementitious plugging mortar. Grouting operation to be carried ut through next nozzle till the entire area is covered. Supply and Application Two component structural grade polymer modified reinstatement mortar where local spalling has taken place or shuttering is not possible. The Mortar can be applied from a minimum of 5mm to 15mm thickness in smaller vertical pockets and upto 100 mm thickness in horizontal applications. The mortar should have a minimum Compressive strength 12 N/mm2 in 1 Day and 45 N/mm2 in 28days.
