Surveying, planning, design, drawing and construction of 2 nos. 2000 m3 capacity each Clear water reservoir with a common wall and having total capacity of Clear water reservoir 4000 m3 with cleaning facility arrangement and minimum 5 m height pumping station with operator room including loading unloading facility unit , Plastering, Painting, Roof Treatment, inlet pipes, delivery pipes & necessary valves with chambers, pump foundation, common manifold inlet line & delivery line support & mud cleaning facility at both reservoirs, minimum 5 ton capacity EOT Crane gantry girder, gate etc. including supply, carriage of all materials completed in all respect in civil works on turnkey basis and direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Planning, Design, Drawing, Construction & commissioning of pre Chlorination unit room at Jalkal building & post Chlorination units at 10 nos different OHRs site including Civil & Electro-Mechanical works complete in all respect including supply & carriage of all materials with suitable foundation completed in all respect on turnkey basis and direction of Engineer-in Charge.

Planning, Design, Drawing, Construction & commissioning of single storied minimum 200 m2 plinth area frame structure building for 1000 KVA HT Substation (transformer 1W + 1Standby = 2 nos) including along with brick work, Plastering, Painting, Roof treatment, flooring, door & windows, ramp, in all Civil & Electro-mechanical works as per requirement & in consultation with Power Supply Agency and Approved design as per direction of E.I.C for feeding power.

Planning, Design, Drawing & Construction of double storied minimum 200 m2 plinth area frame structure building for office, laboratory & rest room, bathroom, along with 20 m2 guard room with toilet facility and along with brick work, Plastering, Painting, Roof treatment, flooring, door & windows, staircase, ramp, Sanitation & Plumbing complete in all Civil works as per requirement & in consultation with Power Supply Agency and Approved design as per direction of E.I.C and approved drawing.

Planning, Design, Drawing Construction of 2.0 m height RCC Framed Boundary Wall with isolated foundation or retaining wall if required, barbed wire fencing & M.S Gate, development of land, Construction of approach road, drain, beautification work etc. necessary civil, electrical (according to I/E rules) works related to the project complete including lightening within yard and other allied works direction of EIC.

Planning, designing, supply, delivery at site, installation, fabrication , erection & commissioning of all mechanical and electrical equipments such as pumps motors including common manifold pipe line at inlet line with valve arrangement & delivery line with maintenance facility & mud cleaning facility at both reservoirs, minimum 5 ton capacity EOT Crane, valves, specials, Panel board, including necessary H.T. and L.T. Cable for panel connection as per direction of EIC and approved drawings of pump house.

Operation and maintenance of the plant for 5 (five) years. The work includes supplying adequate number of operating personnel and skilled labour with a provision for necessary training to the staff appointed by the ULB including supplying all sundry materials, and replacement of all types of damaged component etc. as per Bid document and complete in all respect and as per direction of Engineer-in Charge. N.B:- This item will be executed after three (3) months trial run. (The electricity cost shall be paid by Burdwan Municipality)
