Supply , Installation , Testing and Commissioning of automatic Pressure Motor Pump set of 1 HP, suitable to operate on single phase, 230V, 50Hz AC supply with following specifications. Head 42 meter, Suction X delivery - 25 X 25 mm, RPM 2750, copper winding, discharge - 48 LPM, warranty - 18 months, high performance corrosion resistance , impeller made of brass, pump shaft made up of carbon steel , carbon ceramic mechanical seat etc. along with alignment and required accessories for SITC etc. as required.

Supply of single phase, DOL starter, 1.5 HP having thermal protection range from 9-13 Amp with HRC fuse of suitable rating etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of 100 mm , B class - MS pipe(80mtrs) along with C class short 100 mm Elbows(06 Nos.) in existing trench confirming to IS 1239 part-I (2004) etc. as required.

Supply of High accuracy Pressure Gauge - range 0 to 150 PSI / 0 to 10.6 Kg per sq.cm. as required.

Supply of High accuracy Stainless steel vertical analog Temperature Gauge - range 0 to 50 degree Celsius as required.

Supply of 100 mm , PN 1.6, cast iron , EPDM rubber lining seat , Butterfly Wafer valve with handlever (Stem made up of AISI 401 stainless steel) as required.

Descaling of following Daikin make (McQuay) chillers condenser copper tubes by with suitable chemical such as sulfuric/ sulphamic acid etc. with maintaining pH (without damaging condenser tubes), circulation up to such hrs. by opening both sides caps of condenser & brushing of condenser by using nylon brush with manually/ machine to remove hard scale of inside condenser tubes. The scaling should be removed to reduce the high discharge pressure upto 825kPa in chiller unit & ensuring sucessful operation of 3 compressors in each chiller after descaling as per daiking specification.
