M & L for taking out unserviceable submersible motor for rewinding of submersible motors AC, 3 phase, 440 volt of capacity 5 to 15 HP with superior quality PVC insulated copper winding wire of identical gauge & specification of the existing short circuited winding wires with all necessary insulating materials incl cleaning of stator & slots and applying one coat of water proof epoxy paint to the exteriors of motor and testing on load complete all as directed and specified Note:-(i) Contractor will be intimated on phone followed by in writing to repair the unserviceablepump motor. Contractor or his rep has to attend the installation within same day . The unserviceable pump mtor will have to be repaired within 3 days after intimation to contractor failing which a panel recovery of Rs 2000/- per day per motor will be deducted from his dues /payments . (ii) Cost for all machinary T&P/transport to workshop and menpower for the work will be deemed for included in unit rate.

M & L for opening up unserviceable/burnt electric induction motor of water pump set of 15 to 40 HP capacity 3 phase AC 440 Volts, cutting and removing the short circuited stator winding coils complete and re-winding the same with super enamelled copper conductor wires of appropriate size as per the existing gauge including cleaning of slots, all necessary insulating materials, varnishing, drying and testing on load complete all as specified. Note:-(i) Contractor will be intimated on phone followed by in writing to repair the unserviceablepump motor. Contractor or his rep has to attend the installation within same day . M & L for repairing leakages or blockage of water in cast iron pipes with spigot and socket ends of 20 to 80 mm dia bore de-watering of leaking pipe lines and trenches, burning out remains of existing lead joints to recover available quantity of lead and making new lead joint with retrieved material by providing additional quantity of lead as required at site incl all other jointing materials and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : 1. Total excavation and earth work as required at site to carry out the repair work is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. No separate cost for earth work claim by the contractor.2. Actual quantity of lead retrieved from leaking joints may vary from joint to joint and the same be considered to the barest minimum owing to loss due to high pressure of water jet and flooding of water from the joints. 3. No any claim whatsoever in this regard by the contractor for loss or non-retrival of jointing materials shall be admissible and the rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of this aspect. Note:- Contractor will be intimated telephonically followed in writing for attending the leakages/broken or no water supply defects or repair works under this item.The defects or repair works under this item. the defects will be attended with in 8 Hrs of intimation and work will completed within 24 Hrs ofter intimation of defects failing which a penal recovery of Rs 1000/- per hour will be deducted from contractor's payments. Contractor has to arrange all T & P and manpower to attend defects on time without any extra financial effectand cost of all such aspect is deemed to be imcluded in unit rate.
