Taking out submersible pump set of capacity 40HP/30HP 3 Phase 415 volt AC supply alongwith column pipes from the bore well by disconnecting electric connection, disconnecting the motor from pump dismantling the motor & over hauling the same by repairing/ replacing defective part as ordered & re-assembling including M&L for replacing worn- out nuts bolts washers complete, connecting /coupling the motor with pump & with column pipes & lowering the same after repairing, making the connecion complete all as specified and directed. Note: Spares required to be replaced shall be measured separately as supply only.

Washing & rubbing with gunny bags & cleaning with fresh water & Bleaching powder including writing the date of cleaning etc by synthetic enamal paint complete all as specified and directed. (a) All necessary ladder and scaffolding arrangement shall be made by the contractor. (b) All kind of safety equipments shall be arranged at site by the contractor. (c) In case of damage of any outlet pipeline/control valves during operation shall be borne by the contractor (d) Disturbed portion if any shall be made good as per existing by the contractor. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of above provition.

Note: Spares shall be measured & paid separately for dismantling of pump set partially or complete shall be paid accordingly.

Opening of DG set 82.5KVA water/air cooled (Kirloskar) by unscrewing nuts, bolts and servicing of DG set with checking, draining and changing of Engine oil and Coolant, checking and changing of V-belts, greasing and oiling of all relevant parts and topping up, Cleaning the inner body of Fuel tank and Radiator etc by removing sludge etc and reassembling the DG set after repair and replacement of unserviceable parts of DG set including repair of control panel, opening of alternator, water pump, starter motor for cleaning, servicing and refixing. Checking and servicing of Battery and testing complete in all respect complete all as specified and directed. M&L for providing angle iron support under the NRV at Well No 2 including, cutting, bending, fabrication, welding, and one coat anti corrosive primer and one coat synthetic enamel paint complete set all as specified and as directed.

M&L for painting of existing GI/CI pipeline of any size and type at Kesarbagh sump house, pump house No 1, 2 and 3 at Gundrai, bore well pump house at India lake, delivery pipe of UG sump monoblock pumpsets located in 6 x hostels etc after preparation of surface with sand paper and one x coat of anticorrosive primer and applying one coat synthetic enamel paint of black colour complete without damaging other partscomplete set all as specified and as directed.

M&L for replacing gland packing by dismantling Gland plate and stud, cleaning inside the packing house etc for suitable size of 150mm sluice valve, leakage testing and obtaining OK result from complete set all as specified and as directed.

M&L for greasing on motor and pumpset nipples , replacing burnt gland packing of any size and of centrifugal/monoblock pumspset of any size and capacity including leakage and damiging testing and obtaining OK result complete set all as specified and as directed.

M & L for neoprene rubber / Leather gasket minimum thickness 8mm suitable for tightening the GI flange or any othe joints of 100mm dia with nuts and bolts complete set all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Development of tube well with compressed air and after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water with the help of suitable pneumatic boring compressor at Gundrai and Kesarbagh whereever directed complete set all as specified and as directed.

Make - Kirloshkar/KSB/CG NOTE- Contractor shall test run motor by deputing sutiable from OEM in front of engineer-in-charge till achiving satishfactory result.
