Dismantaling and taking down existing duct of any size and type with insulation of any types complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply , assembly and erection of GI sheet with C & SS rectangular/square duct made out of 'L' shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt, Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc of size 18 Gauge. complete all as specified and as directed.

Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges for duct supports cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc not exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 with taking down old u/s MS Channel support of AC duct complete all as specified and as directed.

Thermal insulation of supply/return air duct with cross linked closed cell performed sections of polyethylene (FR) insulation of 25 mm laminated with Aluminium Metalised polyester foil having a low stable k value of 1.6 with minimum density of 28 kg/cum duly pasted on duct with good quality adhesive and nitrile tape, isulation over duct shall be provided in such a way that it should cover the duct from all the sides including supports complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down and refixing existing grill of any size and any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking down of Air Handling Unit from its original location by discconecting all electrical and mechanical connections and setting aside for repair, Scrapping and removing out old u/s rusted frame work for AIr cooling System installed at Airmen Mess, SNCOs Mess and DSC mess and cleaning and carry out denting as required, Supply and fix new Base frame all as per existing size, replacement of water tray of size 600mm x 1800mm and made up of Angle Iron/GI sections and 18Gauge GI Sheet, painting of Base frame, Blower Motor, Blower Shaft, water tray with two coat of synthetic enameled paint over coat of red oxide primer, replacement of wiring and Assembling and Reinstalling back to Its original location after completion of work including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Primery Air filter for particulate size 5Micron and of size 600x600mm all as per existing type with taking down old u/s air filter. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of old concrete Brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including ashlar facings, dressed stonework, precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling as in valve chamber or similar work. complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate for foundation of Air Handling Unit of Air Cooling System complete all as specified and as directed.

Plastering in cement mortar (1:6), 10mm thick on concrete surfaces finished fair & even etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Routine checking of complete central AC plant of 3 x 12 TR capacity as required during the contract period, fault detection by OEM/authorised partner of OEM with whom MOU stands signed for smooth functioning of the plant as well as for uninterrupted running all as required at site, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and topping of chiller/ compressor unit (12TR AC Plant) with R-407C refrigerant including leak testing and necessary associated repair works, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of microprocessor controllers with scanners/ under voltage/ over voltage protections for chillers including caliberation/ settings as per the requirement of the system of chiller controller for proper safeties like under voltage, overvoltage, low pressure and high pressure complete including taking down old unserviceable controllers, complete all as specified and as directed.

Pressure transducers for suction pressure of compressors including taking down old unserviceable and testing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete overhauling of Delta cooling tower by chemical cleaning of sump, dismantling and servicing of cooling tower strainer, dismantling of cooling tower motor and fan and sprinkaler assembly, descaling of sprinkler pipes and adjustment of sprinkler speed and refitting of motor and fan assembly after satisfactory operation including descaler and replacement of PVC honeycomb fills, complete all as specified and as directed.

Servicing of condensor water pumps including replacement of impellors and seals, complete all as specified and as directed.

Servicing of chilled water circulations pumps including replacement of impellors and seals, complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting the electric connections of the electric motor 2 HP of the cooling tower blower, taking out the old unserviceable winding wire, cleaning the slots for rewinding, rewinding the electric motor 3 Phase, 415 volts with existing size of super enamelled copper winding wire including allied materials like cotton tapes, glass sleeves, varnishing and assembling the complete motor and testing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Descaling of condensors with 'scalefoe' 100 chemical by pressure pump, opening of condensor head and rodding with nylon brushes including fixing new gasket, condensors covers and refitting with covers, complete all as specified and as directed.

V-Belt as per existing for AHU including taking down old unserviceable V-Belt, complete all as specified and as directed.

Start push button assembly, complete all as specified and as directed.
