Design of Power Driven sliding door including door pocket frame with claddings, other cladding top rail ,steel structure frame for support of steel trussed girder and steel column and its foundation in RCC, bottom rail and its foundation in RCC, captive drive unit, drive control panel equiped with and electrically operated brake complete for 04 locations of entry and exit all as per design criteria, specification and as shown including undertaking soil investigation. Deliverable include (i) Detailed Architecture Dwg as per proposal of Scheme (i) Detailed structural GA Drawing (iii) Electrical GA and Schematic Dwg for drivers vetted from IIT. Fabrication, Erection and testing of factory made pre-assembled power driven blast pen door including top and bottom track and wheels locking arrangement , door bolts, top sealing plate, frame profiles, frame structural members internal/external covering base sheet, in all respect incluidng installation with all fixing arrangement incluing M&L for construction of RCC foundations for all frames and bottom rail, excavations for foundation, returning/filling and soil removed upto 1.5KM as directed by Engineer-in-charge and commissioning all as described in particular specifiction and as per dwgs approved in item 1 above.

Demolition of Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for ground floors and pavings of any thickness (below or above ground level) including removal of debris to distance upto 1.5KM complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for filling construction joint 25mm deep and 10mm wide (using diamond cutter) providing polythene backup rod 12mm dia and sealed with polyurethane sealant (min depth of sealant 12 mm) complying with BS 5212, BS 4254 and En 41875-2003, priming the sides min MAF + 30% with ten years performance guarantee and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface to give neat finish to sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means all as shown drawing specified and as directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' modular brick straight or curved on plan exc 6M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 over concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparing of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

T & P for Uprooting and grass cutting on travers wall all as specified and as directed.

M&L for filling and raising earth (for traverse), upto 6m height spreading in layer, watering, compacting and finishing to required gradient/shape and by bringing approved soil from outside ministry of defence (MoD) land and any distance (lead included for items) deposited where directed all as specified and as directed.

M&L providing and injecting low viscosity epoxy grout APCOREP INJECTION GROUT LV havign viscosity 200-300 cps into concrete at 150 mm to 300 mm centre to centre through Rohibb injector & nylon nipples of 12 mm dia fixed into 14 mm dia drilled holes at 4-7 Kg/CM2 pressure and heavy flexural strenght of 110-130Kg/Cm2 & bond strngth of 80-100 Kg/Cm2. Grouting to be done in cracks till the nozzle refuses to accept the grout or it flows from the adjacent nozzle and removing the nipple & sealing it with non-shrink epoxy putty EXPOXY SEAL. Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
