Supply & fixing in replacement the following unserviceable spare parts for Water Storage Heater (Geyser) of capacity 25/50 Ltrs of any make & model installing inside of Subroto park and rectifying all the defects as mounted and fitted on wall with nut & bolts and re-fixing to its original postion after repair and making geyser satisfactory functional complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge (a) Geyser assembly including rubber seal,screw as per existing model

(b) Heating element 2000 watt 240 volts AC including seal, washers

(c) Heating element 1500 watt 240 volts AC including seal, washers

(d) Steel tank 50 ltrs as per existing model

(e) Steel tank 25 ltrs as per existing model

(f) Copper tank 50 ltrs as per existing model

(g) Copper tank 25 ltrs as per existing model

(h) MS Sheet bottom cover in two pieces duly painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer suitable for 50 /25 ltrs capacity as per existing model complete.

((i) MS sheet top cover in two pieces duly painted with 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer suitable for 50 /25 ltrs capacity as per existing model complete.

(j) MS Sheet outer cover duly painted with 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of primer suitable for 50 /25 ltrs capacity as per existing model complete.

(k) Thermostate (temperature control device) for 25/50 ltrs capacity geysers.

(l) Indicating lamp with cable(Red/Green) for 25/50 ltrs capacity geysers as per existing model complete.

(m) 3 core flexible copper cable of size 2.5 sq mm 1100 V grade.

(n) 3 core flexible copper cable of size 4 sq mm.

(o) Metal clad plug top 20/25 amps 230 Volt, Single Phase.

(p) Metal clad socket 20/25 amps 230 Volt, Single Phase.

(q) Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket 240 V complete with one single pole MCB 20 amps.

(r) MCB SP 6-32 amps 230 Volt c series 50 Hz Single Phase.

(s) Socket outlet 3 pin 16 amps piano type 230 V flush type.

(t) Switch piano type 16 amps 230 V single pole.

(u) PVC plug top 3 pin 16 amps suitable for 230 volts AC supply.

(v) PVC gang box suitable for one switch /socket 16 Amps complete with screw and necessary arrangement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(w) 450 mm long flexible hot water connection pipe with two Nos union suitable for 15mm bore iron pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge .

(x) 600 mm long flexible hot water connection pipe with two Nos union suitable for 15mm bore iron pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

(y) Pressure release valve brass chromium plated screw with 15mm bore iron pipe and suitable for 50/25 ltrs geyser complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

(z) Safety valve brass of cast alloy of screw with 15mm bore iron pipe & suitable for 50/25 ltrs geyser complete all as directed.

(aa) New glass wool as per existing density for geyser of any capacity make & model complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

(ab) 15mm bore non-return valve of brass chromium plated connected to iron pipe or other fittings complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge Notes for Srl Item No 1 to 28 (a) Contractor will provide well experienced and well conversed men power against these items including Sunday & Holidays from 0900 to 1700 hrs . (b) Electrician should be 10th passed having 4 year experience in the trade or ITI holder in the relevant trade having proper knowledge for repairing work of geyser items.(c) All T&P required for repair work shall be provided by contractor at own arrangement to trade men & helpers (d) All complaints should be attended with in 24 hours. Panelty charges for non attending complaints within 24 hours shall be Rs. 500/- per day. The cost of man power shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate of respective items. (b) Contractor shall submit the attendance register and documents of said man power duly verified by Engr-in-charge at the time of payment.

M&L for Removing existing paint from the steel surface of geyser of 50/25 ltrs capacity and applying two coats of synthteic enamel spray paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L in replacement for 15mm bore Medium grade GI tubing with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including MS clamps / raddling complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in replacement for 20mm bore Medium grade GI tubing with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including MS clamps / raddling complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in replacement for 25mm bore Medium grade GI tubing with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including MS clamps / raddling complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L in replacement for 32mm bore Medium grade GI tubing with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors including MS clamps / raddling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement Sub main wiring complete with non metallic rigid PVC insulated fire retardent grade unsheathed 1100 volts grade multistranded copper conductor cable 2 run of 4 sqmm single core conforming to IS-694 with copper conductor drawn through and including suitable dia PVC conduit, conduit fittings and accessories concealed in walls, roofs and floors alongwith 1 run of 4 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed cable with multistranded copper conductor as earth continuity conductor. Note :- 3 runs 4 sqmm cable incld PVC conduit shall be measured as one unith length.

S&F in replacement to hose pipe for solar panel to hot water tank as per dia and thickness suitable for solar heating system of cap 200/300/400/500 LPD by clamping/tightening properly for leak proof joint complete all as specified and directed

M&L for repairing of the leakage of solar hot water tank of capacity 200/300/400/500 LPD by taking down removing insulation carefully complete and taking to workshop for necessary repair by soldering /welding including replacementhing density (48kg/m3) and K value 0.03W/mk to witn stand temp. upto 250 degree celcius and insulation materials injected of thickness 100mm and refixing of its original position for satisfactory functioning of the unit complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in Repalacment of self priming monoblock pump set of cap. 0.5 HP single phase 220 Volts. +/_ 6% speed 2780 RPM complete.

S&F in Repalacment of broken/rusted steel hot water SS(20 SWG)tank (inner and outer tanks)of capacity suitable for 200 LPD solar water heater including high density (48 kg/M3 ) and K value 0.03 W/mK to with stand temp. upto 250 degree celcius and insulation material injected PUF insulation of thickness 100 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for point wiring complete with 2.5 sqmm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 100 volts grade FRLS IS-694 multi stranded copper drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit fittings not less than 20mm dia and conduit accessories concealed in walls roofs and floors etc including terminal boxes fabricated with 1.6mm MS sheet concealed in walls covered with plastic laminated sheet top cover 3mm thick fixed with cadmium plated iron screw for housing the switch socket outlet 3 pin 15 amps and including provn of 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed cable with multi stranded copper conductor as earth continity conductor and connection to common earth dolly complete incld taking down old u/s.

Dismantling,shifting of water storage heater of any make & model from one location to another location and refixing the unit with gutties/fasteners, cutting wall/concrete incl arrangement of required T&P, fixing of extra pvc flexible multistranded copper conductor of suitable size, connection of hot water pipe and GI piping and making good distributed surface all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for comprehensive maintenance of existing solar flat plate of cap 200/300/400/500 LPD collector of indirect heating system comprising of inspection descaling brushing and cleaning of collector panel riser tubes header tubes heat absorber tubes connecting pipes and examining of water tightness of the same after acid wash cleaning and descaling and repairing of leakage if any using welding / brazing, drain out the water from panel and tank repeating two to three times to get dirty water out etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : - Servicing of solar water heater shall be carried once in every two months. All the comprehensive maintenance work will be carried out through original authorized manufacturer of collector panel of solar water heating system only
