Dismantling old Chain link fencing of any description fixed to any type of fencing posts complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified.

Dismantling RCC posts or struts (wood steel or RCC) any section embedded in natural ground including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed. Note : Dismantling of existing galvanized iron steel barbed wire / Chain link fencing shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L for cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in fixing angle iron post, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, hold fast and the like including weathering, slightly rounded, chamfered angle and throating as directed including use and waste of form work (straight or curved) all exposed surface of concrete finished fair complete all as specified.

S & F mild steel work conforming to Fe 290.Gde-E-165 in posts & struts in swan neck angle including cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc complete all as specified & directed

Supply only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing of GI mesh wire, mesh size 75x75mm confirming to IS-2721-1979, complete, all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge. Note:- Flat iron, round bars, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid for separately.

Fixing only mild steel galvanized chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts etc. including provision of binding wire. Note :- Supply only chain link fencing shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fixing MS flat iron conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) for fixing chain link fencing including all necessary drilling, bolting or reveting etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel round bars of 6mm to 100 mm dia and over conforming to Grade E-165 (Fe 290) for fixing in chain link wire fencing , complete all as specified & directed.

Supply only mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 05 cm but not exc 10 cm long and dia of neck 5 to 10 mm, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved tint over a coat of zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F galvanized 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-In-Charge.Note :- Each line of horizontal / vertical / diagonal wire to be measured for the purpose of payment.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in plinth protection, sub base etc finishing cement concrete surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Prepolished chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement & pigment of size 30cmx30cmx22 to 25mm thick set & jointed with cement slurry over & including 15 mm thick bedding layer of cement sand mortar (1:6) and pointed with grey cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for factory made 60mm thick machine pressed precast cement concrete coloured, rubber moulded, designer (reflecting type) interlocking paver blocks of Grade M-35 conforming to IS 15658-2006 of shape and size as directed with coloured top laid over & including 25 mm thick sand cushioning, joints of blocks filled with dry sand and compacted with mechanical vibrator, complete, all as specified & directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks using old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radious built in CM (1:6) etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces of walls, finished even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L brooming down old decorated surfaces of walls, plastered including cornices, pilasters etc and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified.

S & F in repair concerina coil 600 mm dia fixed over security wall on Y-shaped angle post acomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking down tarfelt with cement plaster from roof surfaces and lowering and removing the same to a distance exc 50m and n.exc 100m including roughening of old concrete surfaces of roof by wire brushing and cleaning the surface to remove all loose dust etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster with cement sand mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer's instructions on other than fair faces of brick work surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement, over & including applying of cement slurry @ 3 Kg per Sqm on existing roof surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparation and cleaned to plastered/concrete surfaces of roof applying the under mentioned course of roof treatment as given below :-(a) Applying evenly compactible primer @ 0.4 litre per Sqm over concrete / plastered roof surfaces. (b) Applying a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade (ISI marked) @ 1.20Kg/Sqm (c) Laying of APP based polymeric water proof membrane sheet of weight not less than 3.6 kg/Sqm and thickness not less than 3mm with minimum longitudinal end over laps of 100mm and horizontal side laps of 75mm and joints shall be finally thermo-fused with help of LPG flames including applying a coat of cold emulsion bitumen primer (c) Applying bituminius grade aluminium paint over membrane @ 0.11 Ltr per sqm. Make of membrane sheet :- Make- Sika/ Poly plast superior felt /Hyper Plast/Bengal Bitumen/STP. Note : -- (i) Membrane sheet also laid along the parapet upto 30cm height & inserted inside the groove & laid over a coat of bitumen as specified here-in-before.The groove shall be closed with CM (1:3 ) mortar Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account (ii) WPC shall be measured & paid under specified item of this Schedule. Nothing shall be entertained on this account. (iii) Contractor shall submit guarantee for 10 years from the date of completion of work. (iv) The amount against guarantee period for roof treatment shall be retained from the contractor's dues or contractor may furnish a fixed deposit receipt in favour of GE as issued by Nationalize Bank. (v) Amount of security deposit against the guarantee period for roof treatment shall be calculated as per the scales laid down for calculating Individual Security from total amount of roof treatment work.

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC (1:2:3) type B1 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in path/hardstanding, top surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete as directed) all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete or stone wall surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement sand mortar (1:4) mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instructions on other than fair faces of brick work work or concrete surface finished even & smooth without using extra cement as in sunken portion complete all as specified and as directed. Note : - Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Material and labour preparation of newly plastered surface of walls & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified.
