Repair/Maint to Solar Power Plants and Lightening Arrestors under GE (U) Udhampur

Taking down old U/S Solar Modules, Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a solar photovoltaic (PV) system of cumulative capacity in KWp (AC output), as per site-specific requirements. The system shall comprise high-efficiency PV modules (ranging from 300W to 600W) associated cabling, safety systems and other balance-of-system (BoS) components. The installation shall be carried out in accordance with best industry practices and under the supervision of the Engineer-in-Charge, ensuring full compliance with relevant national and international standards.

Taking down old U/S DC Cable and Supply,fixing,Testing and commisioning Solar DC Copper Cable 4mm² single core XLPE UV Resistant complete & LSZH sheathed 1100V AC/1800V DC complete all as specified in Particular Specification and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking Down old U/S HDPE Pipe and M&L Protection Pipe for 4 sqmm copper cable High density polyethylene pipes (HDPE) of min 16 sqmm cross section area and pressure rating 6 kgf/cm2 for protection of copper cable laid in fixed on wall with GI support, Clamp included complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Complete Repair and Maintenance of existing ACDB/DCDB boxes, including safe electrical isolation, systematic disconnection, and serviceability audit of all internal components. Scope includes the thorough decarbonization of the panel (internal and external)to remove all carbon deposits and oxidation; cleaning with cotton waste; and replacement of damaged/faulty spare parts with brand-new, original-spec components only upon prior approval from the Engineer-in-Charge. Work concludes with professional re-termination of all connections, cable dressing, and testing for electrical integrity as per Particular Specifications and to the complete satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F of DIN Rail suitable for Mounting MCCB, Relays, SPDs within the Panel Enclosure complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down old U/S Earth lekage relay, Supply and fix Earth relay , with digital microprocessor / Microcontroller based, test and reset facility, CBCT/ZCT connection monitoring facility, true RMS complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair,and Maint of U/S 50 kW Solar On-Grid String Inverter, including fault identification, dismantling, repair/replacement of defective parts, and reassembly. Scope includes supply and replacement of components such as M1 Controller Boards (10 & 12 string), P Board, W Boards (10 & 12 string), M3 (L) Board, C1 (S) Board, Fuse Board (12 string), DC power cords, cooling fans, AC plug & socket, and other associated parts as required. Work also includes internal cleaning, checking/tightening of connections, testing of DC/AC performance, ensuring proper grid synchronization. Note: Rate shall include all materials, labour, testing, and to & fro transportation from site to workshop, complete all as specifed and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
