Demolishing of CC floors of various thickness including top layer and base course and disposal of debris as directed for all levels.

Demoslidhing skirting/dado in walls/R.C.C & P.C.C members without cusing damage to walls/members upto any height including disposal of debris as directed for all levels

Plain cement concrete floor base in prop1:3:6 laid in alternate bays as specified with coarse agg. of size 13mm to 32mm including dewatering if necessary, and curing etc. complete. 50mm thick

Plain cement concrete works with coarse aggregate of sizes 13mm to 32mm in foundation bed for footing steps, walls, brick works etc. as directed and specified including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete (shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately). In prop 1cement: 3 sand :6 coarse aggregate by volume

15 mm thick Cement plaster in single coat on single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to 1st floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, not exceeding 80mm girth and finished even and smooth including curing complete as directed. B) On fair side. b) In cement mortar 1:4

Neat cement finishing over the cement plaster surfaces with cement slurry for bond @2.75 kg/sqm of area including curing etc. complete

(n) Distempering two coats with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new wall surface to give an even shade, over and including a priming coat with alkali resistant primer of approved brand and manufacture after throughly brooming the surface free from mortar dropings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. (ii). Top coat

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac) to give an even shade including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping. (i).Surfaces over 100mm in width or girth. a). General purpose (Asian paint/ Berger paint/ ICI paint/ J & N paint/ Nerolac).

c) Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on old wall surface (one coats) to give an even shade after throughly brooming the surfaces to remove all dirt and remains of loose or softened paint.

A) ON FLOOR . Providing VITRIFIED floor tiles of approved quality of specified size, shape and thickness not less than 18mm on floors, skirtings, risers and treads of steps over 15 mm thick base of cement mortar in prop. 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) including cutting where necessary finished with flush pointing with Fix-A-Tile (Choksey/Sika/Pedelite/Rouf) / white cement slurry mixed with approved pigment to match shade of tiles, mixed with approved pigment to match the shade of the tiles, complete at all levels as specified and directed. (Coloured pigment should be in conformity with colour of tiles and as approved and directed by the Department). a) Normal range Somany/ Orient/Nitco /Varmora/VITA/ Marbito/ Make. i) Of size 400mmx400mm and above

B) ON WALLS. Providing polished vitrified wall tiles of approved quality, size, shape and thickness not less than 8mm on walls and skirtings over cement mortar bed 10 mm thick in prop. 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand ) including cutting where necessary finished with flush pointing with Fix-A-Tile (Choksey/Sika/Pedelite/Rouf)/white cement slurry mixed with approved pigment to match shade of tilesc complete at all levels as specified and directed. (coloured pigment should be in conformity with colour of tiles and as approved and directed by the department). i) Of size 300mmx450mm and above.

Jungle clearing including cutting bamboo and trees below 500mm girth and removing the same outside the limit as directed. Light Jungle

Providing and fixing clear sheet glass beded in putty and fixed with/without wooden bidding including necessary cutting and glass to be required sized(payment for wooden bead shall be made separately). (1). Area of glass panes not exceeding 0.15 m2. (c). 3.00mm thick.

Supplying, fitting, fixing anodised aluminium fittings of approved make, resonably smooth, free from sharp edges and corners, flaws and other defects and with counter sunk holes for screws including necessary aluminium screws etc. complete.( anodised to bright natural matt & satin finished ). a) Sliding door bolts. ii) 250mm x 16mm

r) Curtain rod. 20mm x 2 mm

Varnishing one coat (excluding priming coat) on previously varnished wood and wood based surfaces with copal/ spar varnish to give an even surface including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and sand papering so as to produce a papering so as to produce a smooth,dry and matt surface. (i) Surfaces over 100mm in width or girth.

Providing, fitting and fixing hard board sheet ceilling with approved quality with necessary nails, wood screws including 1st class local wood 50mm x 12mm ( hollock/ bonsum/ sundi ) beading including paining two coats to timber beads complete as directed ( ceilling joist to be measured and paid separately ). (a). 3 mm thick

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces over 100mm in girth/width after and including preparing the surface by throughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt snd other foreign matter , sand papering and knotting. (b). With ready mixed paint , wood primer (white).

Providing vitreous China wash basin with CI/MS brackets, C.P brass chain with plug,PVC waste pipe including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever required. (Pillar cock, stop cocks, waste coupling are to be paid separately). PEDESTAL BASIN (with pedestal). (B) Hindware Make. (a) White. (ii) Clipper (Cat. No.91014/91109).

Supplying, fitting and fixing PVC pipes of 6 Kg/cm2 (Supreme/Prince) or other ISI approved including joining ,fitting and fixing wiyh clamps etc.as necessary complete at all levels including below G.L as directed and specified. a) In exposed surfaces or in trenches. (vi) 50mm dia
