Taking out of radiator/Aftercooler from DG set 125 KVA to 225 KVA, Cleaning of radiator by removing of dust/oil particles and cleaning of copper tubes by using caustic soda for any obstacles inside the tube and refixing it complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of Old Unsv Leaked Radiator from DG of Cap 125 KVA Make: Cummins

Supply and fix in replacement of Old Unsv Leaked Radiator and aftercooler 2 in 1 assembly from DG of Cap 200 KVA Make: Greaves Model No TBD3V6B

Dismentling of alternator assembly of any capapcity DG set from 125 KVA to 225 KVA from the engine, transportation to authorised workshop and back loading to the MES Power House after carrying out the repair work and refixing the same with engine & testing the alternator on load to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge.(any repair work including spares required will be measured and paid separately). Any damage if accured during transportation will be the responsiblity of contractor for making the same good.

Taking out the rotor assembly of alternator of capacity 125 KVA to 225 KVA ,cleaning the assembly of rotor and excitor along with stator with the help of air blow to make the windings free from dust cleaning the stator slots with the help of calfonex oil and windings of stator and rotor with the help of any suitable cleaning agent to make the winding free from any greasy material or all as directed by Engineer-in- Charge..

Supply and Replacement of Diode assembly complete with 6 Nos diode of 25 Amp capacity for DG set capacity 125 to 225 KVA DG set (make stemford or equivalent) complete including taking out the old unserviceable from Alternator all as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply and Replacement of diode for alternator of DG set capacity 125 KVA to 225 KVA DG Set with negative and positive combination complete all as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply and Replacement of AVR complete of DG set of capacity 125 KVA to 225 KVA DG set including taking out the unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Material and labour for rewinding of rotor assembly after taking out from alternator and cleanig properly to slot for rewinding of DG set capacity 125 KVA to 225 KVA, complete with standard enamelled insulated wire, H class insulation varnish, insulation papers, Glass sleeves of suitable size, tap roll of H class insulation complete all as per required. Note: (a) Transportation charges including dismantling from engine, loading and unloading of alternator will be measured and paid separately under Item Ser No 18 here-in-before (b) DIsmantling of Rotor/ Stator assembly from alternator willbe measured and paid seperately under Item Ser No18 here-in-before.

Material and labour for rewinding of stator windings after seggregate rotor and stator seperately cleaning the slot properly and prepare for rewinding the stator assembly complete with standard enameled insulated wire, H class insulation varnish, insulation paper, Glass sleeves of suitable size, tap roll of H Class insulation complete all as required for 125 KVA to 225 KVA DG set. Note: (a) Transportation charges including dismantling from engine, loading and unloading of alternator will be measured and paid separately under Item Ser No 18 here-in-before (b) DIsmantling of Rotor/ Stator assembly from alternator willbe measured and paid seperately under Item Ser No 18 here-in-before.

Supply only coolant DAFC-50 of authentic make complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of PVC terminal plate suitable for 125 KVA to 225 KVA DG set including suitable size of nuts and bolts complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Battery 12 Volt 150/180 AH with copper lead of 2.0 mtr length of suitable size complete with brass terminal including nut bolt washer etc all as required at site. Make:- Exide/Luminious/Standard

Supply and fixing in replacement of ball bearing of alternator assy of DG set capacity 125 KVA to 225 KVA including nuts, bolts and washer complete as per site requirment . Make- SKF / NBC/ FAG

Repair and calibration of injectors assembly complete by replacing of worn out parts carrel plungers, injectors etc suitable for 125 KVA DG Set.

Repair and calibration of injectors assembly complete by replacing of worn out parts carrel plungers, injectors etc suitable for 160 KVA DG Set.

Repair and calibration of injectors assembly complete by replacing of worn out parts carrel plungers, injectors etc suitable for 200 KVA DG Set.

Supply and fix in replacement of old UNSV Starter panel complete set with all meter for DG Set of Cap 200 KVA Make: Greaves Model No TBD3V6B as per directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fix in replacement of broken/leaked spring below of size as per site complete for DG of Cap 160 KVA Make: Cummins and Model No NT-743 as per direted by Engineer-in-Charge

Material and labour for cleaning of Diesel tank by removing all diesel from sump and cleaning the sump with cleaning agent and make it free from dust and other impurites as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge Complete.

Supply ,fix and connect panel mounting type battery Charger with transformer diode operated (not PCB) 12/ 24 Volts, 30 Amps with copper winding including removing the unserviceable from the existing position complete all as directed.

Dismantling/opening of upper portion of diesel engine 225 KVA, Make Cummins Model: NT855, water cooled, turbo charged 1500 RPM installed at Technica Power House and repair of engine including taking out radiator, fuel pump, hydraulic governors, lube oil pumps, water pumps, turbo charger etc complete all as specified including replacement of unserviceable parts and testing of the DG Set after completion of job as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour for Grinding, cutting & polishing of cylinder heads including, inserting new valve (Exhaust and inlet) valve seats/ guide, collect valve, valve spring etc.

Labour for Repair/overhauling and calibration of fuel pump complete by replacing of worn out parts such as bearing plungers, impeller and oil seal etc including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Labour for Grinding & Polishing of crank shaft and making it smooth for new heigher size of bearing and all as specifed and directed.

Labour for Repair/ overhauling and calibration of injectors assembly complete by replacing of worn out parts, carrel plunges, injectors etc.

Labour for assembling of engine after replacement of unserviceable/defective parts with new as listed below supply only and job work listed against Srl item No 42 to 61here-in-after.
