Taking down carefully existing unserviceable aluminum point wiring of any description & in any position with and including pvc/steel conduit all fitting, accessories & fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, socket, light fittings call bell, lamp holders etc and making good the disturbed surface of walls, floors, ceiling etc to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Old fittings/fixtures/accessories like switch, sockets, lamp holders, regulators etc found in serviceable condition shall be removed carefully for reuse in the work and shall be paid for separately under appropriate item of Schedule `A’.

Material and labour for point wiring for one light point or one fan point controlled by one switch with using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor, FR single core, PVC insulated & unsheathed cable, 1100 volts grade in and including surface PVC conduit / Casing Caping (Medium grade) of suitable size not less then 20 mm dia all as directed with using new sunken type pressed steel box/terminal boxes of suitable size, 2mm thick duly painted with one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of black bituminous paint for mounting fittings wiring accessories with and including all accessories and using 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) stranded copper conductor FR single core conductor, PVC insulated & unsheathed cable as in earth wire connected to common earth dolly complete all as specified and directed.
