Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

Past Experience: The tenderer or the manufacturer to whom the tenderer has tied up for dealership arrangements should have supplied at least 1,50,000 Medicine / Emergency kits related items, in which minimum 2 items (mentioned in the tender specification) should be a part of the supplied kit to the govt organization in the last three (3) financial years. i.e., 2022-2023, 2023-2024, 2024-25.

Others -- Copies of Invoices & Work Order/Purchase Order in support of supply as per Annexure 2Others -- Certificate issued by Chartered Accountant on the quantity of Medicine / Emergency Kits supplied as per Annexure-3

Capabilities of Vendor

Manufacturers Authorization Form The Manufacturer Authorization Form should be obtained for all the 9 items mentioned in the tender specification individually by assuring the supply with minimum 80 PERCENTAGE Shelf life within the delivery schedule from the date of Purchase Order.

Financial Status

Net worth Certificate The tenderer should have a positive net worth as on March 31, 2025

Average Annual Turnover: A tenderer should have annual turnover of at least Rs. 10.49, Crores in last three (3) financial i.e.,2022-2023, 2023-2024 and 2024-25
