Care Takers (Total 36 Nos in all three shifts) include reliever

Sweeper (Total 30 Nos in all three shifts) include reliever

Security Guard (Total 12 Nos in all three shifts) include reliever Note: 1. "Service providers some time offers administrative charges/ service charge at (Zero) 0% or margin which is practically not possible. Such service providers who offer their service charges (zero) 0% / Margin shall not be given contract and disqualified." Hence, in terms of instructions issued vide Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana letter no. 43/5/2001-3GS-IIdated: 10 Feb. 2015, that services charges @ 2% or less quoted by the agency for providing manpower may be declined. Percentage of the amount quoted for service charge should be worked out as round off up to two digits of decimal point and the decimal figure five and more than five will be taken to next decimal digit. Further, provisions/guidelines contained in instructions issued by Govt. of Haryana from time to time on Policy for engaging/outsourcing of services /activities should also be strictly followed. 2.GST will be applicable as notified. However, GST will be reimbursed on production of original vouchers of GST paid by the agency. 3. The above manpower will work under 3 shifts (24x7x365) i.e. 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, 6:00 am to 2:00 pm, 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm. 4. The quoted rates should include all statutory obligations such as EPF, ESI, etc. 5. If desired by the department, the agency will have to submit the breakdown of the quoted rates and any clarification regarding the same.

Cane, Rood/Yard Broom, Carpet Brush Hard/Soft, Floor Duster, Glass Cloth, Nirma Powder, prill liquid, Nip Cleaning powder, Scotch brite, Wiper big, Wiper as per site requirement, Silver Brasso Polish, Naphthalene Balls, Taski R2, Liquid Cherry Polish Brown, Liquid Cherry Polish Black, Soap Mini 35 Gm, Soap Small 20 Gm, Pencil Cell, Floor polish, Glass(Borocil), Hanger etc. and other items as per requirement at site for day-to-day cleaning and upkeepment.

Washing & Dry Cleaning of all Linen items including curtain panels, carpets, furniture cushion fabric such as sofa seat, easy chair cushion, etc., complete in Swaran Jayanti State PWD Rest House Gurugram and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge at site. Note: Service provider some time offers (Zero) 0 charges for the above services i.e Consumables, Washing & Dry Cleaning and Running & Maintenance charges of reception equipment’s and stationery at zero which is practically not possible as these services are mandatorily required. Such service providers who offer charges as 0 (zero) or unreasonable charges shall not be considered for award of contract and shall be disqualified As such the Bidders have to quote the reasonable price for these services along with proper justification of rates for the items to be used. If desired by the department, the agency will have to submit the breakdown of the quoted rates with proper justification and any clarification regarding the same. If the justification of the same does not seems to be workable, than the same shall not be considered and the agency shall not be awarded with the contract and shall be disqualified.
