REPAIRS TO WATER PROOFING TREATMENT LEAKAGE SEEPAGE FOR CERTAIN BLDG IN THE AREA OF AGE B/R CENTRAL UNDER THE AOR OF GE DEOLALI

Taking down carefully existing unserviceable bitumen felt(any number of layers) including plaster of any thickness,wire brushing and cleaning of the surface of roof terraces including flashing and junctions of parapets kerbs etc and removing of the rubbish to a distance not exceeding 1.50 km from the building and depositing where complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for etc complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for providing 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) for filleting, benching,coving of chajjah top/junctions,padding concrete below roof treatment etc slightly rounded or chamfered on edges wherever required including necessary form work / moulds etc complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for rendering 15mm thick CM (1:4) on roof slab top, mixed with water proofing compound finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. Note: Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only water proofing compund as specified and directed.

M & L for cleaning the newly plastered surfaces of concrete ( roof etc) with wire brushes and applying water proofing treatment as under :- i) Applying one coat of bituminous primer @0.25kg/Sqm. ii) Providing and laying 3 mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 3.0 Kg / Sqm reinforced with non woven polyester mat weighing not less than 150 gm/Sqm all as specified procured from any one of the approved manufacturer's instructions iii) Apply two coat of aluminium paint @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm over membrane over roof surfaces complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and as directed .

M&L for cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (using 12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work / stone boulders masonry built in cement mortar incl all Quoins, archeas, pillars etc bu exc cluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash Old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in in CM 1:6 etc complete all as directed.

Taking down/demolition of of PVC pipes (any size or pattern including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends , swan-neck etc (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories)

S&F 110mm bore of PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid on wall complete all as specified and directed

S&F 75mm bore of PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid on wall complete all as specified and directed

S&F PVC (SWR) bend any radius 110mm complete all as specified and directed

S&F PVC (SWR) bend any radius 75mm complete all as specified and directed

S&F PVC (SWR) branch piece 110 mm bore, single (single Y) equal or unequal complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick/concrete external surfaces of walls finish etc complete all as directed.

M&L for Preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots and applying two coat of cement base paint on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling water tanks exc 500ltrs but n.exc 1000ltrs capacity complete all as directed.

S&F in repairs Gun-metal, globe or gate valves for 20 mm bore, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections 15 mm Bore complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors all as specified & as directed .

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections 20 mm Bore including cleaning for refixing or removal to store

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections 25 mm Bore including cleaning for refixing or removal to store

Refixing old 15mm bore steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.)

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 1000 ltrs capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I ball brass valves 25mm bore high pressure with polythene float and fly nuts complete, screwed for iron pipecomplete all as directed.

S&F Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks 500 ltrs capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I ball brass valves 25mm bore high pressure with polythene float and fly nuts complete, screwed for iron pipecomplete all as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 500 and n. exc 1000 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairss, cleaning, etc. and hoisting Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.

Disconnecting existing tanks exc 250 and n. exc 500 ltrs, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairss, cleaning, etc. and hoisting Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.

Note: Amount of sch of credit of Rs.6,840.00/-will be deducted from total amount of BOQ.
