Supply & Erection of Horizontal spindle split casing type pumping sets of following duties directly coupled to AC squirrel cage induction type motor with accessories as described in Schedule No. II complete in all respect with priming arrangement with complete base frame. A) (i) Raw water pump set at W/W 500 LPM 12 mtrs head with squirrel cage induction motor 1440 RPM, 3 phase 50 Hz of suitable rating.

b) Clear water pump set for village 500 LPM, 40 mtrs head with squirrel cage induction motor 1440 RPM, 3 phase 50 Hz of suitable rating

Supply and fixing following CI D/F pipe and bell bouth including cost of jointing materials, excavation, laying, jointing reffiling including making adequate support of masonary / concrete steel for delivery / and sectin pipe from bell mouth in the suction/scour well to rising main laid by the department as per plan shown from the foundaion wall of the pump chamber for all the raw water and clear pumping sets at water orks as per specification given in schedule No.II. a) 100 mm i/d

Supply erection, testing of ISI marked copper wire for 2 No panel boards from main switch to panel and wiring of panel with size 6mm sq 3 core complete in all respects with accessories like thimble etc.

Supply erection, testing of light fittings including wire in the Pump chamber and store room with material upto 10 points including switch, button, plug, PVC conduict pipe & copper wire etc. as per approved specifications.( At water works and sumpwell)

Providing laying jointing and fixing of cast iron “V” notch duly marked with beam including embedding.

Providing & fixing suitable floating arms along with swivel bend as per required specifications approved by Engineer-incharge (250 mm)

Supply erection, testing of LED light 100 watt with fitting and accessories with blub of approved make. (Crompton, Bajaj, Philips)

Providing and fixing exhaust fans 18" i/d (450mm) complete with suitable GI sheet of approved make complete in respects.

Providing and fixing ceiling fan 1200 mm (48") with speed adjuster of reputed make (Crompton, Usha, Bajaj, Orient) complete in respects.

Supply & erection of Wall Mounting Type, solenoid driven, motor-less electro-magnetic diaphragm Dozing/ Metering pump working on single-phase, 220/240 V 50 Hz electric supply with standard electronic controls suitable for minimum dozing capacity 0 to 5 LPH at 8 bar back pressure complete with necessary accessories.Make-Fontus or any other standard make Along with supply & erection of 1 No voltage stabilizer with each dozing pump alongwtih 1 No 300 ltrs. Capacity ISI marked HDPE storage tank, with each dozing pump of Sintex or other reputed & approved make. For Water works.

Operation & Maintenance of Water Works as per Schedule-IV for a period of Six years including existing civil structures with rising main afterone year defect liability period (with be charged to the A/Mtc. estimate) with 3 month trial run perioed for Qutabpuri Buzraj
