Supply, erection and commissioning of 20 Cs. VT Axial/mixed flow Pump of 970 RPM suitable for 150 HP motor, having static lift 29.00 ft, with epoxy coating incl. welding, HS nut-bolts etc. complete in all respect with new siphon bend as per site requirement and compatible with existing delivery pipe and as per approved specification of the IWRD Hry. deptt. (as per Annexure-A)

Supply, erection and commissioning of soild shaft squirrel cage LT 3 phase 415V induction Motor for continuous duty, vertical flange mounted of 150 HP of 6 pole, 970 rpm, TEFC Motor of IE 2 as per IS 12615 and the color shade shall be RAL 7031 suitable for 20 Cs pump complete in all respect & as per approved specifications of the IWRD Hry. deptt. (as per Annexure-B).

Supply, erection and commissioning of fully automatic ATS Starter of 150 H.P. capacity with MCCB 400 Amp., 3 Pole, contactors of 400A / 250A / 150A for main transformer / start, interlinking through bus bars of suitable size complete in all respect, with degree of protection IP 54 complete with small item like thimbles, Nut Bolts Lugs etc. with a stand of MS Angle (50x50x6mm) of 1 feet height from floor level and with allied accessories as per makes and specifications approved by Irrigation & Water Resources Department, Haryana (as per Annexure-C).

Supply, erection and commissioning of soild shaft squirrel cage LT 3 phase 415V induction Motor for continuous duty, vertical flange mounted of 325 HPof 8 pole, 740 rpm, TEFC Motor of IE 2 as per IS 12615 and the color shade shall be RAL 7031 suitable for 60 Cs pump complete in all respect & as per approved specifications of the IWRD Hry. deptt. (as per Annexure-B).

Supply, erection and commissioning of fully automatic ATS Starter of 350 H.P. capacity with MCCB 800 Amp., 3 Pole, contactors of 730A / 450A / 300A for main transformer / start, interlinking through bus bars of suitable size complete in all respect, with degree of protection IP 54 complete with small item like thimbles, Nut Bolts Lugs etc. with a stand of MS Angle (50x50x6mm) of 1 feet height from floor level and with allied accessories as per makes and specifications approved by Irrigation & Water Resources Department, Haryana (as per Annexure-C).

Providing and fixing of chemical Earthing by digging diameter 200 mm, complete with G.I. electrode with GI strip of suitable length of 500ft. (02 nos for each transformer,01 no for panel and 01 no for motors in the pumphouse) with proper specification and proper wiring with all allied accessories and Coke & salt etc along with name plate complete as per requirement.

Providing and fixing of chemical Earthing by digging diameter 200 mm complete with copper electrode with copper strip of suitable length of 80 ft. (02 nos for each transformer) with proper specification and proper wiring with all allied accessories and Coke & salt etc along with name plate complete as per requirement.

Providing and fixing of Lightening Arrester with protection radius of 100 mtr. along with lightning strike counter and earthing arrangement with proper copper wiring of suitable length as per proper specification for pump house and as per the site requirement.

The above rates are inclusive of all kind of taxes including GST and other expences like F.O.R. destination and inclusive of all incidental charges, enroute & at destination. Nothing extra shall be paid separately. Terms & Conditions as mentioned in Bid document in Price Schedule.
