Taking down old unserviceable air termination of any size and rating from any location complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down old unserviceable strip of any type, size, and location complete all as specified & directed.

S&F air termination 300 mm long 12 mm dia copper rod, single pointed fixed on 40 mm bore light grade GI tubing 01 mtr long fixed on roof including provision of base & fixing by means of nuts and bolt etc complete all as specified & directed. (GI tubing will be measured and paid under relevent item here inn below).

M&L inreplacement for copper strip ( 20 x 3.15 ) mm fixed with saddles and screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above the ground level complete all as specified & directed.

M&L in replacement for 40 mm mm dia steel tube ( light grade ) galvaanized with fittings laid in trenches/ wall/roof for protection of earthing / lightning strips for crossing the roads / fixing on walls etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L inreplacement for test point terminal box made out of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75 x 75 x 25 mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal heads screw, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with pipe in pipe technology concept involves two mild steel pipe one small dia pipe (41.9mm) is inserted in a large dia pipe (76.2mm).The fitted pipes are subjected to Zinc coating /copper plate /alloy coating /Hot dip galanization ,80-100 micron on the inner/outler Electrode 3 mtr long .The space inside the Conductolite are filled with a specially developed high conductive and anti corrosive mixture called crystaline conductive compound . The out side of the outer pipe should be filled with BFC (back filling compound)including connecting the main earth lead to the earth pipe by means of nut & bolts with washer etc. The job includes digging of bore size 10'' by 11 feet depth for installing and including provision of FRP Earth pit cover (250x250x2mm) for protection and safe guard of terminals all as per model No :ASEEL-39 make Elmech or equivalent.

M & L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 3.15 mm ,buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtrs below normal ground level)with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to copper earth strip 32X6mm for below ground level & 20x3 mm copper strip for above ground by means of bolts ,nuts ,check nuts of copper including 40mm dia GI pipe med grade for protection of earthing strip excavation and earth work in any type of soil, charcoal salt filling 15 cm around the earth plate as shown in electrical plate no 3 of SSR part-I 2004, 20 mm bore, GI watering pipe medium grade 1.50 mtr long including making pit with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 and pre cast RCC cover 40 mm thick, reinforced with 8mm dia deformed bars @ 100 mm c/c both ways with lifting handles and funnel etc including testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M/L in replacement of Earthing complete with GI earth plate 60x60cmx6mm thick electrode and 4mm dia GI wire as earthing lead burried directly in ground ( earth pit not less then 2.25 metres deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 metres below normal ground level. connected to galvanised iron strip 25×4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 5 and incl earth work,PCC pit and RCC cover,watering pipe 20 mm dia light grade,funnel,wire mesh,protection pipe 15 mm dia light grade , charcoal dust and salt etc and connected to earthing test point including taking up of old UNSV earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for mounting bracket with clamp suitable for Bldgsecurity light of any description length upto 1.5mtr and 120 degree angle complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for compact and trendy 30 Watt LED fitting 5700 k-6500k lume efficiency >100/watt pf >0.90 for Building security , Housing made of die-cast aluminium with polycarbonate LENS for uniform light distribution Rated IP 66 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge. Make : Havells/Crompton/Syska/Philips/Wipro or equiavalent.
