Preventive maintenance of complete sub station equipment, lighting system etc. As per norms of UPPTCL to maintain electric supply properly.
Proper cleaning of trenches/cover of different size including removal of trench covers and covering of trench after cleaning. This work shal be done only two times in a year as per techncial specification.
Cleaning of sub station complete yard by cutting grass at least 4 time in a year as per direction of SDO/EE and as per techncial specification. (Also including the area of open store, area between pale fencing & chain link fencing and boundary wall approximate are 28000 mtr2) and spray of chemical after cutting of grass (Annexure-3)
General cleaning and mainteannce of control room office building road, toilates etc shall be provided by the contractor as per techncial specification and per Annexure-2
Maintenance of lawn and garden as per techncial and detials enclosed as per Annuxere -04
Maintenance of emulsifier system including replacement of valve/gasket and nut bolts etc and attending leakage of ensure healthiness of emulsifier system by providing 01 No. skilled/experienced technician.
Maintenacne of air conditioning system by providing 01 electrician and as per techncial specification. Maintenance works to be carried out twelve times in a year.
