Painting two coats (excluding coat) on new wood and wood based surface with enamel paint to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of dirt, dust and other foreign matter, sand papering & stopping including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. (a) With white enamel paint.

Providing and fixing bright finished brass 100 mm mortice latch and lock with 6 levers and a pair of lever handles of approved quality with necessary screws etc. complete including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Polishing two coats with P.U. polish of required shade on new wood and wood based surfaces to give an even surface including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and sand papered smooth and including a coat of wood filler including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying sealar on wood and wood based surfaces to given an even surfaces including cleaning the surfaces of all dirt,dust and sand papering so as to produce a smooth dry and matt surface including stopping & knotting including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
