Taking down defective self priming recirculation pump set of any type and make pentair of capacity 3.5 HP Three phase by unscrewing the foundation bolts, disconnecting from water connection and electric motor, opening for inspection in presence of Engr-in-Charge and carry out repair at site such as replacement of ball bearing ,check nuts ,impeller,greasing ,gland,bush,casing gasket,nut bolt , washers etc and re-fixing, re-connecting in position, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down defective self priming recirculation electric motor of make pentair of capacity 3.5 HP from electric mains, isolating the necked connections, removing from foundation by unscrewing the nuts, bolts etc, discouple from pump, opening of motor including transporting to the workshop for rewinding of motor, cutting ,removing of burnt winding, cleaning and winding of motor with copper enameled wire of same gauge and turn of existing winding , varnishing, baking , reassembling , relpacement of bearings and transporting back to the site & re-connecting same to foundation including replacement of nuts, bolts washers etc. of suitable size, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. .

Supply only for Alam (K2 SO4) for swimming pool for purifying the existing water complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing under water light with housing water proof LED light fittings with driver, LED-NP 300S,round light 16 W/ 12 V PAR 56 144 LEDs and necessary fixing arrangement like new iron frame suitable to base of new fitting fixed to concrete wall and easily remove and fixing the fitting for future repair work including taking down existing unserviceable light fittings of any type in swimming pool complete. Make Emaux Cat Part No 88045366 or its equivalent in Halbert.

Taking down existing LED light fitting any type in swimming pool and carry out repair work such as broken parts of LED light frame,Unsv LED bulb1W/12 V, Suitable LED driver etc and refixing the light fitting in old position including necessary fixing arrangement like new iron frame ( 04 Nos) suitable to base of fitting fixed to concrete wall and easily remove and fixing the fitting for future repair work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge . Note :- Only LED driver and LED light shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing in replacement of LED driver upto18w/12v, suitable to under water light with housing water proof LED light fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Disconnecting existing defective electric motor of any make capacity of motor upto 5 HP from electric mains isolating the connections, removing from foundation by unscrewing the nuts, bolts etc, discouple from pump, opening of motor for inspection in presence of Engr-in-Charge & carrying out minor repairs at site and re-assembling the motor after repair, refixing in position re-connecting same as prior to removing from foundation including replacement of nuts, bolts washers of suitable size, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.61 here-in-before but capacity of motor 30HP to 50HP.

Material and labour for rewinding of electric motor of capacity upto 5 HP, 3 Phase with super enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge as per existing including cleaning of rotor, slots, all winding/insulation material, varnishing ball bearing MS shaft etc. complete and testing at site on full load after re-installation to the satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge.

All as per item No 63 here in before but motor 30 to 50 HP 3 phase of any type and size.

Taking out defective centrifugal pump set upto 5HP single/3 phase by unscrewing the foundation bolts, disconnecting from water connection, and disconnecting from electric motor, opening for inspection in presence of Engr-in-Charge and transported to contractor's workshop repair the pump including replacement of unserviceable housing gasket -1 set, gland packing, greasing, nut bolt with washer and refixing, re-coupling in position, testing and commissioning complete including replacement of nuts, bolts, washers etc. all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 65 here-in-before but 30 to 50 HP 3 phase of any type and size.

Supply, fixing, connecting, testing and commissioning of MCCB 315 Amps, breaking capacity 35KA, three phase, 415 volts fixed in existing panel including necessary modification for new MCCB conforming to relevant IS including all jointing and connecting material including dismantling of existing MCCB complete all as specified.

All as per item No.67 here-in-before but 200 Amps, breaking capacity 36 KA complete.

M&L for servicing of submersible pump set including replacement of thrust plate shaft sleeve, spacer, impeller - 04 Nos, SS shaft - 01 No, stud 4 Nos and filling of water and making it water tight complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F in replacement of GI column pipe 50mm bore heavy duty class 'C' with GI flanged and drilled at both ends duly threaded and welded of 3 mtr long alongwith cut for passing the submersible cable including bolts, nuts, washers and rubber insertions packing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for drilling and flushing of existing borewells of size 300mm bore, depth upto 200 mtr with drilling suitable DTH machine including surging and flushing the bore at a pressure of 7 Kg/ Sqcm complete with compressed air and flushing the sand, mud etc from the bore well with compressor complete. Note :- The rate for disconnecting and lifting out of existing submerssible pumpst from borewell upto 10 HP capacity along with their column pipe and submerssible cable from borewell from above depth and lowering after flushing and drilling existing borewell shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item.

M&L for Maintenance and servicing of standby DG Set including necessary repair of alternator (conforming Battery charging through alternator), draining out of diesel from tank , cleaning the tank thoroughly and refilling the drained out diesel, draining out engine oil from the sump, cleaning the sump thoroughly and refilling the sump with new engine oil to it’s required level, replacing the fuel filter, lubricating oil filter , check & clean air cleane, change air cleaner elements, check coolant level & make up the same, drain the fuel filter & water separator ,filling the starting batteries with electrolyte/distilled water to maintain the required specific gravity, replace the unsericeable brass connectors for batteries, cleaning of battery terminals & applying petroleum jelly to battery terminal posts & brass connectors, changing of V-belts, changing hoses and clips of air cleaner, checking of exhaust leakage, governor, breathers etc, adjust/set the same for proper functioning of DG Set, checking of fuel, oil and water/ coolant level etc, adjusting and keeping the fan belts to the desired tension, tightening all the bolts and nuts to the required torque etc, replacement of battery charger, cleaning the DG Set with accessories as prescribed by the manufacturer and test for satisfactory running of DG set for two hour at connected load & record shall be made in respect of RPM , oil pressure, oil temp., coolant temp. voltage, frequency , load current, battery charging , fuel consumption etc for 125 KVA DG Set. Make – Kirloskar installed at RV area pump house. Note :- The rate for all repair / replacement of above mentioned items shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item. DHPP will be issued by dept for testing .

Opening the pressure filter 1200mm dia installed at swimming pool equipment room removing the old filter media, removing all the scaling deposited on the surface area of filter assembly by using wire brush and cleaning the filter with HCC, refilling new filter media of various silica grade as reqd at site, re-assembling the filter assembly and apply one coat of good quality paint on the outer surface area of filter assembly and testing for leakage of proper functioning and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Supply & fixing in replacement of valve pit cover/ Sump manhole cover made out of MS frame 40x40x6mm thick angle iron with and including 3mm thick MS top cover with locking arrangement and painting of steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for chemical and bacteriological analysis and potability of water obtained from Delhi Jal Board & borewells from Sriram Test House/ MCD approved micro engineering and testing lab and submitting the report in duplicate complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
